Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Duly noted. I'm sorry if I offended anyone. I thought the news article was relevant information because it was mentioned on this thread that RLC/Tony Cunningham is financially supporting the Elk Grove Teen Center (posted November 14). Also on this thread was information about Russ Croco and the Cunningham's (posted November 15). Please note, I did not post a personal opinion/inquiry on the subject (I don't have any), just an article from a local news source that I thought was relevant to this thread based on previous postings.

This morning I am reflecting at seeing so many people yesterday who have endured the false teachings and spiritual abuse from Tony and his sycophants clones.
It was so good to see people hug, cry and reconcile. We are all eternal beings that are not discarded by our Lord, so to see this embrace of one another, it was absolutely wonderful!!!!

It was so amazing to hear such similarities in the many testimonies of Spiritual Abuse and False Teachings yet each story is so unique. I see this same phenomenon happening at Turning Point Church in Marysville Washington and Radiant Life Church of West Sacramento and the only connection that these churches have is Tony Cunningham.

I can say this, the Lord has only given me insight into specific false teachings that have been taught by Tony. After hearing some of your testimonies, I had many things confirmed.
Specifically Tony’s view of Polygamy.

All I can say is Rose your husband already has his concubine of women that he is carrying on emotional affairs with.
The fruit of Tony’s immoral life style has also been mirrored through his sycophants like Greg Huth and Jon Richards.

This is where Tony will encourage a woman to divorce her husband if he becomes non compliant to Tonys whims.

This article has absolutely nothing to do with this forum or the purpose of the forum. RLC and the teen center are not connected at all other than RLC making donations to the “separate” corp. and even if this article was relevant to the forum it’s contents have already been found to be unsubstantial and the issues of the Teen Center have been long known about and resolved… in fact the city council has been warned for their unnecessary probing into issues resolved.. Issues that were resolved without the help of council members and their timely accusations right before a reelected… how convenient…

Ringbarer.......I agree this really has nothing to do with RLC other than it is an organization RLC chose to give donations to. The staff at The Teen Center do not have connection to RLC other than maybe some staff being former members.

also, i dont know if i didnt notice this before but the website address for RLC is [www.lifechangetoday.org]. did they change it so it doesnt come up when googled? I dont know but they still have the same stuff on there they have had for the past year or more including the life change today video by tony that comes up when you go there. just wanted to post the web address as i thought it was either apex innovation or radiantlife.org in the past.

Anyone else find it funny that the hired hand would be starting a series on unity or as it is advertised 'being one, the divine mandate' - I can just hear him now; "imitate me as I imitate Christ".... isn't that where this went wrong in the first place? And didn't he just half-assed repent for abhorent teachings of people that didn't learn the correct way to teach his teachings... nothing like setting someone up for failure... oh but wait, maybe we didn't all ask the right question to deserve an honest and wholly truthful answer!!!

I guess when the congregation hit the reset button he took it to heart and is really going back and starting over... I wonder if there is a pattern of teaching with him that if laid out would show that he regurgitates the same teachings on a rotating schedule every couple of years??? hmmm?

Wouldn't it be nice to just rewind and erase the tape over the past 13 years of hurt and the wake of emotional and spiritual devastation left behind as the hired hand turned this part of the bride of Christ into his own little multinational conglomerate - spiritually manipulating and pillaging the 'stockholders' and the 'board of directors'. He has misappropriated finances and relationships as needed for his purposes... all the while building his 'golden parachute' on the backs of those that long to serve, just in case the day comes when someone or a group of someone’s, with open eyes, would uncover the truth of the depth of greed and possibly unscrupulous behavior of the hired hand and call him into account.

I fear that the plan for the current rlc might be to refinance the current property to fund the planting of the 3 new churches, (Elk Grove, Mid-Town and Roseville), seeding them with what's left of the current congregation and leadership ultimately running the Stockton Blvd campus into the ground.

Updated list. There are now 221 individuals and families listed, representing approximately 650 people. Some of the new additions have elected to keep attending RLC in order to love on, and help, the ones remaining. Every teaching will be compared to the Scripture so that any false or aberrant teachings can be refuted, and so that the ones remaining are not deceived. Keep praying - especially for the women who have recently left (not listed here) whose husbands are still involved.

I am a young woman who used to attend radiant life...until today. I was once in a position where I could see the numbers of the church dwindling. I got tierd of seeing my friends leaving and I couldn't figure out why so many holes were in the seating of a once jammed packed congregation. I got a little worried because despite what some people were telling me, I knew something was wrong. The last straw for me was when very nice older lady on my team left the church without an explanation or excuse. I missed this lady. It was that day that I decidied to do a little investigating. I needed to know what was up. I asked around, but nobody was telling me anything. I asked one guy, but he just started telling me that people were making FALSE accusations and that rumors were " the poop". One of my friends told me to check out this site and a few others. I was shocked by the accounts of some of the other people. They had what I was told were "theories" about cults, dicipleship, soma, communal living, and spirtual parenting, and T.C undercover real estate business. AT first, I thought maybe these things were just rumors as I was told, but then I started remembering the accounts of some of my church friends who lived with other church folks not their parents, and how at 2.42 group people who came over lived rite next door, down the street, or around the corner. I remember T.C saying that they did iron chef and that there was 20 people in his kitchen...and lets be real, u cant fit 20 people cooking in a kitchen in a NORMAL house. In my kitchen we can only have 4...and even that is the max without being cramped. And soma...tuition is 3000 and it is NOT accreditted. All these things started to ring a bell. T.c has been known to preach such wonderful sermons, however he fails to follow the examples he sets for others. T.C has been manipulating and abusing people for over 15 years. He has mastered the art of suduction. However, those who have suduced the masses like Hitler, Cleopatra, Jim Jones, and others have all had the same fall... and their devastation to the masses soon came to an end and led to their own destruction. the worst part is, the people who I know are good people, were just pawns in manipulation in someone else's fortune. The people who I thougt were good knowingly defended T.C and told me what they knew was a lie becuz they were a part of the whole "poop" thing in the first place. I am sad to know that so many people have been abused. I once thought that RLC was one of the better things in my life, I hate to know that I was so wrong. My heart goes out to the people who have been abused or hurt and May God keep us all in his arms, help the people who know nothing about this, and may HE have mercy on those who have taken part in this horrific act of abuse and deceit.

thanks smileygirl for having the courage to come forward and post. Welcome and your words were comforting and I am glad that you have acted on your observations. It is funny to hear the answers that you get as far as the poop and the peoples theories on cults. It is not a theory if it models what has alread happenned elsewhere. Also, it seems like radiant life has to dircect everything that goes on including defining a cult and spiritualparenting. It is tonys definition and teaching or nothing. Anyway welcome to freedom.
