If there is a picture with the definition of grace in the dictionary then that picture would be of Jackie Singer! That wonderful lady chose to forgive the unforgivable and move on with her life. She certainly is a woman of God to be admired and emulated. Mike, Cyndi, Jeff, Kim, and others who were a part of Jackie's persecution:

I am so glad to hear that Turning Point Church finally apologized. I am saddened that it took a new pastor to step up to the plate, but God bless him.

Now, we all wait patiently for the new pastor to publicly disclose that former leaders had led TPCWOC into being a cult as the consultant pointed out to Jeff B. I hope the wait is brief.

Were turning point church world outreach center not functioning as a cult the likelihood of a public hanging of Jackie would have been minimal. Because of the cult nature of the group it was inevitable that Jackie would have to be publicly destroyed. By continuing to turn a blind eye to the very real nature that was/is turning point the Jezabel Spirit continues to have free reign over anyone who enters the doors. Only when the whole past has been confessed and renounced will TPCWOC have any opportunity to fulfill God's design. Why is it that it is so difficult for the new leadership to be forthright ? Could it be that a spirit of deception still reigns supreme? Or is it possible that the new leaders DID confess to being a cult at the meeting with Jackie and it just didn't make it on the video?

Jackie was wronged by Turning Point Church World Outreach Center and its leadership when they falsely accused her in front a many many people.
Thankfully the new leader apologized to Jackie but did the leaders take the next step and offer restitution?
At the very least the legal fees that were incurred by Jackie should be reimbursed.

And why the continuing silence on the issue of being a cult?
Was Turning Point Church, under the former leaders, acting as a cult?
Yes or no? And if yes, then where is the apology to those who were ridiculed and belittled for standing up for truth?

It isinteresting that the plea for "unity" has come to the forefront again.
Wasn't that Mike's rallying cry when others were questioning actions and behavior?
Those who asked were told they were being devisive and not working for unity.
Is the plea for unity once again being used as a tool to silence those who still have questions and concerns?

This letter serves that you have been notified of the unauthorized use of a credit card in Jacqueline Singer’s name by the following persons: Michael Villamor
Cynthia Villamor
Debra Bowman
Jeff Barnes

There is no doubt that the card used in all of the transactions noted in attached document was Jacqueline Singer’s personal credit card. These statements were received by Turning Point throughout the years via the internet, and through paper statements. There has been verification that Jacqueline Singer’s other personal Bank of America credit card was received via the email, which was received by Debra Bowman. Nothing was done to correct this for 3 years. This was inadvertently brought to the attention of the accountant by the receptionist in February 2012. There is much speculation as to how this could have possibly gone on for 3 years without anyone’s knowledge.

Suspect charges include but are not limited to: Excessive and frequent restaurant charges
Department & Furniture Store charges
Vacation Rentals
Hotels
Airline Tickets
Escrow Companies
Business license for Cynthia Villamor ?
**Charges made by Villamor’s through December 2010 while in Texas and no longer affiliated with Turning Point Church or UGM
These are just a few of the many, many, charges that remain suspect.
It is also noted:

Jacqueline Singer wrote a letter reminding and requesting Turning Point Church to open a new credit card account and to cancel hers. We have documentation of this letter. She informed Debra Bowman if this was a problem to contact her. Debra Bowman had instant and unhindered access to Jacqueline Singer for the entire 3 years. Debra Bowman made statements to the contrary at a public meeting in August of 2009.
The credit card was also addressed in a document which Jacqueline provided at a meeting in September of 2010 clearing her name of false accusations made by Michael Villamor. Jacqueline asked about this card and noted it in response letter. Debra Bowman sat silently.
Debra Bowman had access to this account until June of 2011 when she handed over information to Pettis Accountants in Marysville WA., at which time she informed them that the card being used, was that of Jacqueline Singer. Debra Bowman knew that Jacqueline Singer was the only one who would be able to cancel this card, as she had tried to cancel it, as well as Dan Crawley in 2011.
**There is an accurate supposition that the Villamors as well as Jeff Barnes were aware of the use of this card and in fact made several ‘suspect charges’ on this card, thus making them accountable for the unauthorized charges on this card.
**We have come to the appropriate conclusion that the Villamors knowingly concealed their knowledge of the use of this card in order to defraud their tithing congregation, Jacqueline Singer. Thus funding their personal expenses and those of the organization titled UGM, as well as Turning Point Church.
One possible supposition being that Debra Bowman acted independently, thus making her suspect in previous accusations made against Jacqueline Singer in August of 2009.

This is a very serious matter in light of the previous accusations made against Jacqueline Singer in August of 2009, which ironically at the time of this public meeting, Ms. Singer’s credit card was being used to fund the daily operations of Turning Point Church, and funding personal expenses incurred by the Villamors. In fact this card was used to pay for the clumsy and inept audit performed by Ted Carlson’s firm.

Note: ‘Audit’ conducted by Ted Carlson never discovered that the payment due them, came from the credit card of the accused victim. Also, ‘audit’ never found that this card was in Jacqueline’s name. Question being, did they even request credit card statements? Which is contrary to what was revealed at the meeting in September of 2010, when Jacqueline asked if there were any adverse finding for the Villamors because they never turned in receipts while using this card. The response by Debra Bowman was yes they were ‘dinged’ because receipts by the Villamors were ‘not’ turned in, therefore leaving suspect charges on this card.

Note: At August 2009 meeting Michael Villamor made statements that included but are not limited to; his commitment to personally oversee the financial spending and use of funds of the organization, saying he himself would have his hands in all the finances of the organization in order to ensure integrity, thus making Michael Villamor accountable for the unauthorized charges.

As Senior Pastor and ‘Lead’ Apostle over said organizations we have come to the correct supposition that Michael Villamor is guilty of the unauthorized use of Jacqueline Singers personal credit card, misrepresenting the use of tithes given by the congregation, and fraud.


Therefore it is now noted:
To Michael and Cynthia Villamor:
There will be no opportunity to address these charges against you, as you have been found guilty of the unauthorized use of Jacqueline Singers credit card and the misappropriation of funds of the organization where you were entrusted with the member’s precious, hard earned money. The correct supposition is that these funds wound up in your pocket. This evidence will be made available for the public to see.
Let this serve as warning to you that no longer will people remain silent in order to protect corrupt, and greedy leadership. If a wolf is in our midst, they will be exposed. We will not bring the wolf in, feed it and make it our pet. As Michael once preached from the pulpit. Wolves tend to destroy the sheep.
If in the future you choose to enter in to ministry, be very careful as these charges will have a tendency to follow you and your sin will find you out.

I'm sure we would be overwhelmed with the depth of the depravity in their heart for how they lavishly spent money given to Christ for His purposes. Pretty sure His purposes were not personal vacations, extravagant restaurant spending, and personal business licenses. I will never understand how they can live with themselves. But if they are not even true believers -- then it makes sense -- they have no conscience, are veiled, and cannot hear the Holy Spirit. A true believer would have repented long ago. Very telling.
