quote"I myself was disgusted with their actions."

When,in what manner and to whom did you express your disgust? It says you joined January of this year.

2 Corinthians 11:20

For ye suffer ... - You bear patiently with people who impose on you in every way, and who are constantly defrauding you, though you profess to be so wise, and you may bear with me a little, though I have no such intention. Seriously, if you bear with boasters who intend to delude and deceive you in various ways, you may bear with one who comes to you with no such intention, but with an honest purpose to do good.

If a man bring you into bondage - If a man, or if anyone "make a slave of you," or reduce you to servitude. The idea is, doubtless, that the false teachers set up a lordship over their consciences; destroyed their freedom of opinion; and made them subservient to their will. They really took away their Christian freedom as much as if they had been slaves. In what way this was done is unknown. It may be that they imposed on them rites and forms, commanded expensive and inconvenient ceremonies, and required arduous services merely at their own will. A false religion always makes slaves. It is only true Christianity that leaves perfect freedom. All pagans are slaves to their priests; all fanatics are slaves to some fanatical leader; all those who embrace error are slaves to those who claim to be their guides. The papist everywhere is the slave of the priest, and the despotism there is as great as in any region of servitude whatever.

If a man devour you - This is exceedingly sarcastic. The idea is, "Though you are so wise, yet you in fact tolerate people who impose on you - no matter though they eat you up, or consume all that you have. By their exorbitant demands they would consume all you have - or, as we would say, eat you out of house and home." All this they took patiently; and freely gave all that they demanded. False teachers are always rapacious. They seek the property, not the souls of those to whom they minister. Not satisfied with a maintenance, they aim to obtain all, and their plans are formed to secure as much as possible of those to whom they minister.

You say "So why rehash". God sometimes takes this way to humble those who might be tempted to be lifted up.

2 Corinthians12:11-21 We owe it to good men, to stand up in the defence of their reputation; and we are under special obligations to those from whom we have received benefit, especially spiritual benefit, to own them as instruments in God's hand of good to us. Here is an account of the apostle's behaviour and kind intentions; in which see the character of a faithful minister of the gospel. This was his great aim and design, to do good. Here are noticed several sins commonly found among professors of religion. Falls and misdeeds are humbling to a minister; and God sometimes takes this way to humble those who might be tempted to be lifted up. These vast verses show to what excesses the false teachers had drawn aside their deluded followers. How grievous it is that such evils should be found among professors of the gospel! Yet thus it is, and has been too often, and it was so even in the days of the apostles.

Don't worry, I was not part of the previous leadership in any way as you seem to indicate by your post. I did not want to be part of that leadership.

With that said, why would you want to know my REAL name?

I including many others knew things were not right in the church through: discernment of spirits, revelations, words of knowledge, dreams and visions, violation of the word of God, false doctrine, abuse of authority to others, idolatry of M&C, etc. (And no I was not part of the inner circle, nor did I want to be).

I do know that many warnings were given to past leadership, to no avail. It was apparent through their actions they would not listen.

Especially what they did to Pastor Jackie and her family!

Based of the above, this is what I meant when I said I was disgusted
with all of it. So I left TPC.

I also left some unhealthy friendships. People that said they were friends but were not. They are still at TPC, and I am not. But, with the help of the Lord I have forgiven them all and it was not an easy task at the time.

I know others reading this post could add on to the many issues at TPC that I was never privy to far better than myself.

I personally believe that the Lord gave them time to repent and tried to gain their attention through these various methods of warnings. But again, they would not listen. Warnings: Ezekial Chapter 33.

Maybe God finally said "enough is enough. you are not listening to my warnings" and started exposing more and more issues at TPC. Like it states in Jeremiah Chapter 23 and especially Ezekiel Chapter 13. and also Chapter 34. BUT, I am not any way trying to speak for God. It's just my opinion

Hopefully this ansers your questions addressed to me.

I am sorry if I offended anyone on the previous remark I made by making the remark of "rehashing comments over and over again". The moderator called me on it and they were correct. It was not my intent to hurt anyone or anger anyone at the time of my comment.

God Bless JCIMD

quote"I myself was disgusted with their actions."

THE RIGHTEOUS ARE BOLD AS A LION"
(Proverbs 28:1)

What we saw last week from Philippians 1:27-28 is that Christians are called to live a life that shows the worth of the gospel. "Lead a life worthy of the gospel," Paul said. Let your life be an advertisement for how valuable the gospel is.

And then Paul said that one of the effects that the gospel has on the life of those who believe it is fearlessness. "Lead a life worthy of the gospel so that when I come I may find that you stand firm, unafraid of any of your opponents." In other words, one of the ways that our lives show the worth of the gospel is when the gospel makes us bold and courageous and unafraid.

Quote JCIMD "Maybe God finally said "enough is enough. you are not listening to my warnings"

I wonder, whose mouth these words SHOULD have been spoken from "BUT, I am not any way trying to speak for God. It's just my opinion "....................Randy Larson

Book author reveals churchs inner workings-The Turning Point Experience would make a great book! From sane to "fan the flame" of insanity!

[news.yahoo.com]

Name of Church..................operates more as a business than as a church, relying on techniques perfected by car salesmen to attract new members to its rolls.

Existing members are not necessarily aware of how the church is perceived. They are told they should not read newspapers, they would not have watched the "South Park" episode that makes fun of them, and they would not have read the magazine article that became the basis for my book.

There are all these rumors that he church knows all their secrets and they fear blackmail. Any truth to that?

A: I didn't go into that too much in my book, but it seems obvious. They have the goods on everybody. A great part of the Name of Church experience is the confession that happens in the auditing experience. You are constantly being asked to write up your transgressions, maybe even your unspoken transgressions. They know everything about you. They would know everything about Cruise in the same way that they would know everything about me if I were a member.

Basically to ensure that they have a happy experience, are shielded from anything negative. They have church appointed minders (disciplers) who guide them through the process. They have no idea the level of control they're under. If Name of Church is a parallel universe than this is really a parallel universe.

They are seen as cash cows, as these amazing emotional tools. It's very savvy what's going on

It tries to be less aggressive than it was in the past. I think it's a residual effect. They conducted a domestic espionage operation. And you have all these people who left the church coming out about their experience.

I didn't expect to find out how much of a business they were. They are almost like a multi-level marketing firm. They have a very shrewd marketing sense. They are drilled on how to sell. They use a book written by a car salesman that talks about sure-fire sales techniques and it shows you how to close the deal. It's an essential part of their training.

The dude flat out told me he was so pure, clean and full of the spirit that he could slit his own wrists and bleed out in front of me knowing full well he would immediately be accepted into the kingdom of heaven.Holy Phuck! Then he can be publically heard saying the devil wants everything you have, your life, your wife, your kids, finances, job etc.

While I DO NOT in anyway support this sexual deviant, I can also understand that these men are are also a product of this "so called" religion. They have been exposed to it since they were babies. It is all they have ever known. A very closed society and brainwashing creates these people who do believe that what they are doing is right. Never being able to leave your encampment and being told that only evil lives outside those gates is very powerful. The women do not know that they are slaves and are being sexually abused. That being said, once they crossed over to children they than became pedophiles and no GOD will ever ok that!!!!

"I am God. Cease. Do not present my holy ways as a thing of naught," the self-proclaimed prophet said before he left court Friday. "Hear my warning as a full awakening. Let my holy way be of freedom."-Warren Jeffs

Teenage members of a ......................... church have been ordered to put the church’s teachings before family or risk excommunication.
Helen Pomery of Maleny, a former member of the fellowship who was excommunicated in 2002, said contacts in the church had expressed their concerns to her. Many feared they would “lose their children”.
“This has put strain on a lot of parents too because if they express their concerns, they are labelled ‘evil’ and the elders will try to turn their children against them. The fellowship is not a church.
"It is a cult and it thrives on fear.”
According to Ms Pomery, church elders believe they are “God personified”.
“Members are taught that God actually speaks through the elders. This creates an air of fear because members are told if they disobey the teachings of the elders, they will be damned for eternity.
“The fellowship isolates people. Members can’t socialise with people outside the church and young people can’t date people that aren’t in the church. Arranged marriages are common.
“Basically people become trapped in the fellowship because if they leave, they have nothing. I lost my family to the fellowship so speaking out against them isn’t hard because I have nothing left to lose.”
“They want to know how they can get out without losing their families. All of then have seen how the fellowship works and have seen families torn apart. They are scared and are very careful about how they get in contact. If the church found out they would be immediately excommunicated.
“I have three kids who are 35, 33 and 28. Two of them – the oldest and the youngest – are still heavily involved with the church and haven’t spoken to me since I left. "

Softly telling five girls to "set aside all your inhibitions,"

In one sermon, available on the church's website, Pastor Mike Villamor says "Christians should be sex-perts." The 55-year-old is the ecclesiastical head of the ..........based Church. More than 10,000 followers consider him God's spokesman on earth. In YouTube videos, Villamor refers to elders in the congregation as "saints" and churchgoers refer to him as an "apostle." Villamor did not return repeated calls for comment.

..........., a polygamist sect leader convicted of child sexual assault walked out of his sentencing hearing in protest Friday, after reading a statement he claimed was from God. The statement promised a "whirlwind of judgment" on the world if God's "humble servant" wasn't set free. In YouTube videos, Villamor refers to elders in the congregation as "saints" and churchgoers refer to him as an "apostle." Villamor did not return repeated calls for comment.

Prosecutors suggested that the ......... leader told the girls they needed to have sex with him — in what Jeffs called "heavenly" or "celestial" sessions — in order to atone for sins in his community. The message members of Radiant Life Church said they heard was this: To receive blessings from God, they must honor, submit and give to their pastor, Tony Cunningham.

"If they wanted to not be rejected by God, then the new laws (Jeffs) was introducing was requiring them to participate in these sessions," Broadway said.Plant and his wife, Callie, 43, who own an Elk Grove mortgage company, filed the suit last year against Cunningham, accusing the pastor of psychological manipulation and forcible indoctrination. They claim Cunningham used his position as their spiritual adviser to defraud them of more than $221,000.

Jeffs also allegedly excommunicated 60 church members he saw as a threat to his leadership, breaking up 300 families while stripping them of property and "reassigning" wives and children. One family said it paid for the pastor's family vacation to Maui and a stay at a five-star hotel. Another said his wife was encouraged to leave him because Cunningham said he was spiritually

Remember Mike,We may be in a recession but the penalty for your sins is always the same..................................................................................................................

life in prison for perverting his position as the head of the .................. Church "to satisfy his own personal appetites and desires,"

The best thing to happen is that this freak tried to defend himself and the stuff that came out of his mouth, just like the stuff that came out of your's Mike it was so self centered, self absorbed, self gratifying, look at special me that the comparisons have no end in sight. The way you cowards hide behind the women and children, well that is what cowards will do,much like the terrorists, which in reality is all you are.

Another benefit is that the First Amendment will no longer be as sturdy as a defense for spiritually abusive cults like yours to cower behind. Now the country and more importantly the AUTHORITIES know the type of insanity that goes through someones head that uses the ole' "I am the voice of God"on earth approach to herding their sheep! You are a terrorist to the american way of life.the american family and a danger and a threat to all rational people, like a terrorist you are being rooted out of your hole, exposed for what you are and you know you cannot defend yourself! In case you haven't noticed your personal "Fantasy Island" is being shelled, all in LOVE of course.

Remember Mike, When you messed with my family you messed with me and I am not your average lemming.Mike, put on your armour and lets play.Randy
