QuotematildaThanks ******* Dave is explaining his actions on the Quaker forum too BTW Thanks ******* Someone nees to tell the Quakers that it wasn't just the whipping in LA, but also a whipping of a volunteer in their community in Kenya. I am sure they would be interested in the bit of information, before it breaks in the media.

QuoteDave McKay, Quoteyou are trying pretty hard to cause division in my family, but where are the children you say are so angry with me? What a joke Dave. You make it sound as though there is no division already existing in your family. Where are the three oldest of your children? What is the communication with them like? Your kids are more gracious than you are. QuoteWe have disagre

Below is some correspondance with the Quakers. As you can see they do not support Dave's actions and would prefer that he subject such leadings from God to a governing body. QuotemuppetWas he recruited from the orphanage ? or not? I understand the orphanage was also denominational ( was it Catholic or Baptist?) and would have required houseparents from that denomination? The Christopher I know was not. There was a girl who joined from the orphanage. Regarding the denomination of the orphanage, it may have been catholic but I cannot speak with any authority a

QuotemuppetWhat end did h e desire? Was there a christopher involved somewhere? He wanted something to be changed as far as care for the kids were concerned. I think it had to do with funding. I thought his criticisms were valid, but his threatened actions were not. Yes, there was a Christopher involved somewhere at that time.

Zueszor, I can understand your zeal. But be aware that use of strong language regarding exposing David McKay is not helpful. He uses it to convince his lackeys that he is being persecuted. If you feel you must use such terminology, please qualify it with a description of what "attack" means. I also agree with Kath, in that you should guard against your own happiness being taken

How stupid of David McKay to say there is no peer pressure for his group members to donate kidneys when they all have to wear T shirts telling people to donate kidneys. The sheer act of doing that would cause a cognitive dissonance that would need to be reckoned with if the wearer had not already donated their kidney.

What got me was Dave's response to the reporter when she said he was humiliating the family. He got a little bug eyed, as though annoyed that someone would dare say something contrary to him, talking down to her, "Look they humiliated themselves, alright". Right there you could see that angry glint in his eyes. He is still the same guy. Angry before, and angry now. Dave if y

David McKay, the cult leader, can be assured that I will not delete or edit anything else that I have written. He has had his time dancing in the shadows. Snuggles, I agree with what you say about him needing to be exposed. In time something may happen from closer quarters. It has been considered. It is difficult for people to stand up to him because some equate him with the voice of God,

QuoteDave McKay QuoteSo the moral dilemma that I would like people on this forum to face is this: If such information can be used to discredit me, is it okay to use it? And, at the same time, if it can be used to destroy the career of an ex-member, should it be used? And here is a classic example of the cloak of invisibility you surround yourself with. The sublime beauty of it. Like a bank r

QuoterrmoderatorInteresting. Does this mean that McKay in part lives on the dole? So you are saying that welfare payments from the "World" (government welfare) is in part how McKay lives rather than working at a regular salaried job or providing labor for hire? And apparently McKay also subsists through taking in some money donated by Quakers. Does "Jesus Christians&quo

QuoteDave McKay Finally, even if we were to take your calculations seriously, and we were to divide $6,000 a week between 30 members, that gives an average income of $200 a week before any expenses. Considering I suggested a conservative 25 member figure at a rate of $50/day, your suggested 30 member number at the same rate bumps that end figure up to $300.00/week per person on a conservat
