Crazy development here with all of this. Hopefully the end-days for SIF and many other money hungry, attention greedy, self righteous, bigoted, duplistic, hypocritical and downright scary cults within the Hare Krishna umbrella. Amazing work and proactiveness from all of you. The air is less incsenc-laden out here. Breath deep.

Here is the information on the court appearance of Sai Hansen- should anyone be inclined to show up and support the family--make sure to bring posters of
Sri Shim and wear t-shirts that say “Who REALLY drove the boat?”

Just sayin’.....

Another suggestion for a T shirt:

Who Let theBoatOut ?

(Red for the color of blood. Blue for the ocean.)We are now 3 days short of one month since Sri Shim was killed.

Unless the officers of the law for Hawaii's Second District do their jobs and in a competent and timely manner, the larger message will be that this area is hospitable to scofflaws.

One Sri Shim is enough.

And let us not forget the very many children who were born into Butler-world and who are daily dying in spirit.

INCOMPETENT, COMPLICIT, BOUGHT $ SOLD, OR JUST DON'T GIVE A SHIT POLICE, AUTHORITIES, & MEDIA??

Open Letter to the Kailua Community

As many have pointed out, the investigation into the boating accident was poorly done. We don't know why. Are the authorities and some media outlets complicit in a cover up or just too naive, lazy, and stupid to have done the right thing?

We don't know who really drove the boat or if he was driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol (which is highly possible in this hypocritical cult). We don't know who allegedly swam to the shore from the boat right after the accident. We don't know if any of the witnesses identified the driver or not. We don't know why Sai's boat was parked in Siddha's driveway.

(Interesting to note that both "Sai" and "Siddha" are boys named after one of Chris Butler's many nicknames).

We don't know if Lak's accompanied anyone to New Zealand right after the accident. (Authorities should easily find passenger lists.) Where is Siddha now? Why wasn't the boat impounded? Why did the "ticket" take so long to be presented? No mention of manslaughter charges but only for operating a vehicle without a license!? WTF!? Are they idiots over at the DLNR or paid off by the cult?

So far I do not see any manslaughter charges made. That is very odd. If the person was driving under the influence, the crime becomes a felony. Did they test any one?

It is known that cult followers will easily lie and purger themselves for the guru if told to do so. Any of the cult kids would readily take the fall. The cult would pay all the fees. They will happily take the fall for the guru's son and "pure devotee" if told to do so. This has nothing to do with religion or religious freedom or "Hinduphobia". The implication of undue influence into every aspect of Hawaiian jurisprudence and politics is frightening.

If found guilty (and I am certain the Kailua community is not going to let this go away) Sai will get off with nothing more than a fee paid for by the cult. I wonder what else the cult may be offering him to take the fall? To be forever in guru's play group in "Krishna Loco-Land"? (The cult believes that when you die and were pleasing to guru, that you will get to frolic with him and Krishna eternally in "Krishna Loka"~ a planet in in the Spiritual Sky.)

If Sai is taking a fall for his guru's step-son and is innocent, the cult is forgetting to tell him that the consequences are life long and far reaching. The family can pursue civil charges against him for a lot more money. Unfortunately, it seems like the incompetent or lazy police neglected to test for substance abuse, which would have entitled the family to a lot more money in damages. It's too late now.

The big media is also complicit in not investigating the accident properly, presumably due to the Butler Cult's UNDUE INFLUENCE. So justice for Sri Shim and Trey are in the hands of the family, friends, witnesses to the accident, and the good people of Kailua to demand truth and answers.

Just watched the movie "The Godfather" again and now "Madoff" if you don't believe that such creatures can exist or the story of this cult is too strange to be true. Believe it.

It is obvious to everyone that the Kailua police, the DNLR, much of the media, either are incompetent, complicit, paid off, don't give a shit, or are just plain lazy. You look very bad outside of your "good ol' boy" island bubble. You have been freely given all the pieces of the puzzle by Flash and many others on this CEI forum. Now go do your job!

Are you going to continue to let this cult make you look like idiots or did Mr Butler and his agents give you an "offer you could not refuse"!?

"Yeah, I said that and you can quote me." ~ Z

Journalism is being taken over by social media and journalists still don’t get it; and FBI is being taken over by another FBI, Facebook Inquiry. I hope law and policing bodies, like the DLNR take heed if they still want to remain relevant to society. The law and the media are there “for” the people, not the other way around.

The media, being private businesses, is hurting in finances. Layoffs and skeletal staffing mean shoddy reporting, inaccurate facts and cozying up to corporate interests. There’s less money in Truth nowadays, and newsroom journalists need to put food on the table.

Law enforcement, however, is paid for by taxpayers’ dollar. Regulatory commissions like the DLNR run by politicians that are beholden to their donors and campaign contributors must not forget they are not the government, the people are. Come 2016 elections, they should be reminded.

This seems bat-shit fishy:

A tragedy where one died, one injured in the water as vast as 100 football fields, after which a possible suspect allegedly flew to New Zealand. The boat was not confiscated for forensic. Another suspect got cited for the minor infraction, and not to mention, long before this, the reputation of the operator has been known to the public.

By right, cult + international connections + money + politics + death = international news, or even a Hollywood material. It behooves DLNR to get this right. Otherwise, the locals or the international community will get into this, sooner than you think, and Hawaii will bear the reputation of just another Banana Republic.

The question is: How long can the power brokers suppress this? Hello, Mike Gabbard.

To Prahlad das Hansen. If it is true that your boy, Sai is being used as the fall guy, shame on you. Darth Vader is a better parent. Shame on all the parents that poison their children’s minds to worship this worthless idiot. Wake the f--- up!

Interesting to note that the ticket for driving without a license was signed by Sai Hansen 3 hours after the horrible death & dated Jan. 9, 2016. It was not filed until Feb.4, 2016 - almost a month later. Also, under EVIDENCE TAKEN AND DESCRIPTION OF EVIDENCE it was circled NO.

Sri Shim DIED and his step son was seriously INJURED and all Sai got was a "ticket"!? The boat was not impounded and NO EVIDENCE was taken!? No drug testing done?

Witnesses allegedly saw someone swim to shore from the boat. Who was it? Did the cops interview him? Witnesses saw and know the driver. Which Chris Butler cult brainwashed diaper baby was it? You can easily tell the difference between them. Which guy was it? Both alleged drivers are named after Chris Butler. "Sai" and "Siddha". The difference is that one of them is set up to be the next guru and considered the Prince of the cult. The other one, Sai, is the Prince's cowboy playmate and servant.

Have witnesses been ignored or threatened? Who has jurisdiction when a death occurs and manslaughter charges are in order? If Sai was the real driver, why has he not been charged yet?

Kailua Keystone Kops!?

I'd show up in court to support the family and wear a black T-shirt with big white letters "Zodiac Killer?" on the front and on the back "Fall Guy?"

Please continue donating to the Sri Shim Memorial Fund. Show them You Care

"Essential to a functioning democracy".

US citizens go to the polls this November.

Does the Second District of Hawaii want to live as part of a guru's family fiefdom?

Police officers, judges, magistrate-judges, district attorneys of Hawaii: do you want this to be the beginning of your careers -- or the end?

In the days of Watergate, reporters had courage and so did their editors.

Those were the days when news journalists were collectively termed
"the Fourth Estate."

Quote
The fourth estate is a term that positions the press (newspapers) as a fourth branch of government and one that is important to a functioning democracy.

Those were the days when newspapers had paid fact-checkers.

The four estates - ruler, upper classes, the people, and the press were, collectively, the entire body politic.

Journalists, editors, today it is time to remember your profession.

Do you want to make history and serve justice?

Or become part of the entertainment/advertising complex?

I sent this additional message to Sai Hansen:

"Dude it looks like you won't get off on this, please see the new changes in the past few days.

The state is filing criminal charges against you, this could at least be manslaughter or criminal negligence now. If not first or second degree murder.

Did Siddha Bellord swim for shore as you took the rap?

Some new info:

Some weird press releases then retraction from DLNR
