Cult Busted: Gabbard Financier Charged with Killing, Injuring Divers with Speedboat

An alleged member of Tulsi Gabbard’s Hare Krishna cult has been charged for running over and killing a diver in Kailua Bay and injuring another diver with a speedboat.
HNN February 4, 2016 reports:
The state Department of Land and Natural Resources has filed a criminal complaint against the driver of the boat that killed a Kailua diver last month.
Forty-one year-old Sai Hansen of Kailua was cited today for operating a motor vessel without a license. If convicted, he faces up to a year in prison and a $1,000 fine.
Hansen was the driver of the 24-foot zodiac that struck and killed 59-year-old Sri Shim on Jan. 9. His hanai son Trey Albrecht was also hit and suffered severe cuts to his arm.
“There's been numerous complaints about this orange zodiac speeding around the bay, up and down Lanikai and he's been a real hazard to swimmers,” said Brian Amona, a longtime friend of the Shim family….
Friends and family of the victim wonder why it took nearly a month for this criminal complaint to be filed. …
Hansen will make his initial appearance at Kaneohe District Court on Feb. 16….

GOOD QUESTIONS
I am curious to know how come some members of this site have come to the conclusion
that Siddha Bellord was the driver of the boat?..Where is the proof?
Is the police so stupid ..or corrupt that they would make such a big mistake
and say its Sai Hansen that was driving?
These are american police officers ...not Guatemala police officers
How could Siddha do the switch...when it was reported that he boater did come back to help the victims? I don,t get it

How much evidence has evaporated in the time since this incident occurred?
It is now too late to run breath and blood tests for drugs, that's for sure.
So that means there is no way we can know for sure whether someone was operated that boat while sober or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Many in the community are expressing real concern that the reason for Rep. Tulsi Gabbard’s silence is because Sai Hansen is a member of Tulsi Gabbards religious Sect. Claiming that the two, Tulsi and Sai have been followers of the Hindu Krishna Sect following of Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananada Paramahamsa also know as AKA Chris Butler. The two are clearly tied, as government records show that Sai Hansen has made large campaign contributions to Tulsi Gabbard.
And a large number of the Hawaii community fear that this relationship is the real reason behind the foot dragging of any real investigation, the decision by DLNR to not impound the boat and the nearly month long delay of any citation to Sai Hansen for the Boating fatality of Sri Shim and injury to Trey Albrecht.
The latest news uncovered by Mr. Carroll Cox, that the member of Tulsi’s religious Sect, was cited for not having proper credentials, the DLNR reports also cites that Sai Hansen did not take the mandatory Boating Safety Class. The citation confirms what many eye witness reported of the repeated infractions by Sai Hansen, the people in the Water community continued to voice great concern of Sai Hansen’s disregard for the law and safety of others and now what mounts to special treatment, a flawed investigation, and no complete investigation of the crime scene. The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office said Sri Shim died of a “blunt force and propeller injury,” on January 9, 2016.
