I got a link to this in my inbox today. How quaint. I am sure that Siddha will be pleased

Personally I think mine was better done - but as we all know SOI can't stand competition.
Still working on it guys, I promise I will make it worth the wait.
Here is my response to this blog from a SOI kid. Her naivete breaks my heart...

It is not someones fault if they do not have the opportunity to learn or the ability to understand, but to be offensive is a terrible thing and shows that [b:ddc6553eba]people are just demons[/b:ddc6553eba] in their hearts.
The fact is that this child has little education, she probably does not know about the Salem witch trials and how a couple of young, hysterical girls who were raised in a similar fashion, falsely accused others with disastrous results.

The “us vs them” mentality divides the world and binds these SOI youth in ignorance.

These people have realised that it is offensive and have gone away, they are tired of telling their stories, but the Rick Ross will not take away what they have written. He lets people talk about cults as much as and however they want. Even worse in Cara and her friends that are trying to be cult busting. Krishna gave us victory in having her blog removed from Xanga
Krisman had nothing to do with Cara’s website being removed. Intimidation and fear of litigation are the real reasons. Man. Nothing divine. In fact the real victory is that the truth has been told, is being told, and will continue to be told. There is no turning back. More people will come forward. The light has shone and the roaches are running scared. You also revealed the fact that SOI took down her site.

Really a cult is just a group of likeminded people. God has many forms and people believe in Him in different ways. People that will say that is wrong are really in the cult of Maya - illusion - and that is the most dangerous place to be.
Like minded is one thing. Teaching people that they can not have minds of their own is another. To deny a person their God-given intelligence and innate ability to know the truth is to deny the supremacy of God, if you are a theist. If not, the argument is different and I’ll let the humanists and feminists bring their equally valid points.
This child is just parroting words and has no idea what Maya is or is not. To raise a child to devote all her energy and money towards the edification and material support of an ordinary man and fraud is the greatest offence of all --- TO HER MIND AND SPIRIT. It deprives this youngster of any real freedom of thought and creativity. Without this development, you create a person who is easily manipulated and used. Chris Butler is no different than any other con man, illusionist, phony psychic, or political despot. He is the weilder of Maya.

Imagine just going through life without anyone to tell you how to live properly, thinking that you are the best authority for making decisions and that you can make a good happy life all by yourself ! Much better to find a Spiritual Master who is a direct link to God to tell you - what is simpler - all you have to do is listen to, remember and follow His instructions!
Translation: Isn’t it great to not have to think! I’m so happy that I don’t need to take any responsibility in life except to be the blindest follower I can be. It’s so easy! Whhooo-hoo, look at my self-righteous self calling everybody else a demon! Do you think Jagged Prabhufraud will be pleased with my website and reward me with a husband (with money)!?
Believe me, it is unimaginably great to live life knowing to trust in your God-given inner authority! Every day I bless my parents who taught me how to think! I only regret the years of insecurity I spent in SOI!

I went to a private school run on a property owned by disciples, a nice peaceful rural setting, not a polluted overcrowded school in the city.
It’s great you had a private school in a rural area, but you have no idea of what your education lacked.
These people isolate and brainwash their children into believing that all schools are demon filled places of evil. Another CB “straw man” argument which is the foundation of his philosophy. Since these youngsters never have an opportunity to go to college or work in the world, they never see that there is also goodness and kindness and charity outside of their little circumscribed world.

There were three other girls in my class.
In the Vedic way of schooling we are divided by gender and age to be taught properly. It is not proper behaviour for boys and girls to be mixing together. Most of all it is a distraction for the boys that will grow up to be men and need to provide for the women who cannot help being sexual, it is in our nature to want to be pleasing to a man.
Hate to break it to you kiddo, but a lot of the Daddies didn’t support the Mommies and children in SOI and there were a lot of affairs and swapping of partners.
Schooling divided by gender is not necessarily bad, but to characterize women as “cannot help being sexual, it is our nature to want to be pleasing to a man” raises a red flag!!! Are these girls being sexualized at a young age now? (Parallels between the cult “Children of God”?) What about the young men’s hormones? There is another similarity to radical Islamic teachings. In the Koran it states that every inch of a woman’s body is a sexual organ. This is the reasoning behind the burkahs and misogynist practices in Islam.
Again, parallels from Puritanical Salem: [
en.wikipedia.org]
“The patriarchal beliefs that Puritans held in the community further stressed the atmosphere: women should be totally subservient to men, that by nature a woman was more likely to enlist in the Devil's service than a man was, and that women were naturally lustful.”
“In addition, the small town atmosphere made secrets very difficult to keep and people's opinions about their neighbors were generally accepted as fact…. Toys and games were seen as idle and playing was discouraged, although girls had additional restrictions heaped upon them;…. girls were trained from a tender age to spin yarn, cook, sew, weave, and to generally be servants to their husbands and mothers to their children”.

We had some learning in reading and writing. As you can see I can use a computer very well. We learned how to do math, but there is no need for knowing useless things. It just pollutes the mind and makes it more harder to focus on Krishna.
“[b:ddc6553eba][u:ddc6553eba]Some[/u:ddc6553eba][/b:ddc6553eba] learning” is right. Sadly, this girl’s writing is not beyond the 6th grade level. “No need for useless things”…. How would she ever come to know what is useless or not!?
Sorry to be so blunt. With internet, do not think it is only the girls who have good computer skills and a sex drive. Check out the porno trails on your brother’s computer! And you must not know about some of your young godsisters getting knocked up by their godbrothers before they were married! Do you really think all the chanting protected them? You should also check out the high percentage of women who were sexually abused before they joined a cult of celibacy.

It is even more ridiculous to teach a women how to do silly things like handling complicated numbers and other such business. Women think that just because they have such knowledge they are obliged to use it and then society becomes a mess because they dont think that they are needed to make a home and take care of husband and have babies.
Nothing wrong with motherhood and staying close to hearth and home, but it is not the only way a woman can be of worth. Most of the SOI men I knew were having affairs and living off of their wives incomes or welfare benefits!
The idea that a woman’s mind can not handle numbers and business and is what makes society a mess is a deluded pronouncement and reflects the sick SOI view towards women. This cult is doing a great disservice to their children. This girl is grossly and sadly misinformed about society and life. I know women who are great wives and mothers and also run businesses or received college degrees or work tirelessly for charities and their communities. I’ve known extremely religious women who share this ideal of serving their husband and staying home, but also contribute to society and get good educations. There are also great women and gay men who have not married and have become great humanitarians, teachers, doctors, and leaders, civil rights activists and artists. But your cult does not value such things. You speak of crime and cruelty to animals and yet you erase the qualities and characteristics that it takes to inspire others to do good in the world. You serve an empty idol.

Men become frustrated and end up doing things like crimes and wars because the basic structure of society has been wrecked. Children grow up to do that same things because they come home from their public schools after being taught that God does not exist and that science is about material elements and that it is healthy to eat animals and that being gay is a good thing that they should do. Women go out to work and act like men so they start thinking like men and deciding that it would be more pleasurable for them to enjoy like a man and start having sex with men that are not their husband. So then they get divorced and it is even worse for the children and they grow up to be like serial killers and other such things. What a horrible situation!
There is nothing wrong with the “traditional values” she has adopted for herself. That is her right and her choice, but the picture she portrays of people who do not follow what she believes in is grossly off base. Fanaticism breeds a dangerous fear and intolerance. In her world view the “educated woman” is the breeder of serial killers. Such silliness.

We learned about the Bhagavad-Gita, which is really the only book needed to know what is the meaning of living. We learned about Yoga, both Hatha and Bhakti. We learned how to grow up to be good wives to our husbands and our Spiritual Master - which is the most important thing. Every day we would have chanting and offerring and japa meditation and deep peace meditation.
Every day is a day of deep peace indoctrination. How do you really know that the “Gita” is the only book you need to know if you are not allowed to explore anything else? Why is your religion so afraid that you will be sucked into demonhood. Is it so weak? You are supposed to be special children born into families of devotees. You are supposed to be above karmi children, but your prejudice reveals your arrogance. Your writing reveals your ignorance. I await the great things your generation will bring…I hope history does not repeat itself.
