dabcult, I could not find any of your posts on Civil Beat Facebook or website. Can you copy and paste the link and the text here? dhamabum, Blown away with the info about Mike Gabbard's committee lists legislation specific to ocean safety - and deals with DLNR, which has jurisdiction over enforcement on the water. CONFLICT OF INTEREST on so many levels! If they continue to cover

I am hopeful that the people of Kailua will start to put the puzzle together with the pieces laid out so clearly in Flash's blog. Irrefutable. This will help Shri Shim's family get justice. Owners of Cult Boats The cult will blame the victims and feel they are the ones being injured and persecuted. They will call "foul" "bigotry" and trot out the "Ant

Wonderful post dharmabum. You bring up a lot of insights. In the interview with one of the witnesses to the death-by-inflated-boat, it was mentioned that the driver was known and they had complained to him before. The driver once broke their fishing lines and just blew them off. The Lanikai community does not understand that the cult is against fishing and the killing of animals for foo

Vox ~ I am more optimistic. Perhaps your comments were removed because they sounded too litigious for the comments section. There is an investigation going on and a lawsuit hopefully forming. This story is a big deal and I think the authorities are just being careful. It takes time to determine if it was due to gross or criminal negligence or a tragic accident. At this point, the cult i

Why can't someone go to the police station and get the report or interview police officers? Certainly there is a record available to the family members and lawyers of the injured and deceased. As far as I know, they have a legal right to sue the driver in civil court if no criminal intent is found. I hope that Lak's quick departure was to leave the cult and not to avoid extradition

SPECIAL DELIVERY TO CHRIS BUTLER SIDDHASWARUPANANDA: For all your tin foil lined walls, vegetarian diet, air and water purification systems, the minute you set foot in the ocean, you have exposed yourself to radioactive pollution from Fukushima. Just saying. Dangers of Low Dose Radiation Is this why your cult is presumably moving to New Zealand, which lies below the jet stream and norther

Remembering the victims... Family, friends remember avid waterman killed in Kailua boating accident People need to understand that the arrogant cult leader Chris Butler Siddhaswarupananda preaches, "The wise do not lament for the living or the dead." He has a long history of misanthropy. The arrogant cult members apparently think they own the beach and if they roll over a few

I just got through watching the movie The Wolfpack along with, and more importantly the 20/20 follow up news story on CBS. Make sure to see all of the 20/20 clips. While you may not think that this story has much in common with those of you who grew up in the Butler cult except for their Krishna names, there are significant similarities. Both groups were taught that the outside world is a

After sharing Flash's latest post with a friend who was involved in the production of Butler's newspapers on Maui- the following was sent to me. He wishes to keep his anonymity. Butler was referred to as "Siddha" back then in the mid 1970's. QuoteAnonymous ExerWe did what we were told. Rick Reed would meet with Siddha and some of the staff to dictate what each iss

THEY DO THIS IN PRISONS As far back as 1975, an exer revealed that Butler was studying books on mind control. Fearless Leader, Jagad Guru Siddhaswarupananda had a stack of these books in his room. They were often seen scattered about his sheet covered tatami mat along with newspapers and notes. In those days Butler would sit on the floor reading and writing ideas for the newspapers which Rick

Quotecorboy Tulsi Gabbard has stepped forward to oppose ISIS. But she should consider that her religion is based on the same operating system as ISIS. Same operating system -- Fundamentalist Purity Butlerism and ISIS are merely different applications sitting atop the same OS. The problem with purity is that it has no goal -- one can never be pure enough. Purists are never satisfied. Give in to

To the Bhakti Yoga Shack people: There is no end of the rainbow. Dancing at Tulsi's wedding is as good as it gets. The reality is that you are being used too. You are laying the colorful trap to get people to empty their pockets and ruin their lives in the service of a greedy, narcissistic fraud who is afraid of his own aging face in the mirror. He lives vicariously through Tulsi and sp

QuoteVox Veritas I have said many times- until Tulsi Gabbard stands up and denounces her “guru” in public, she cannot be trusted and she merely facilitates her guru’s long standing greed for power and control. That's not likely to happen any time soon. Especially after her "Eat, Pray, Love" blissful smiley video Message for Srila Prabhupada's Journey to USA - which has con

CarlFig ~ Call me cynical, but I don't think it would matter if Mr. Religulous knew about Tulsi's background. Tulsi was invited for one reason alone. She's entertaining and echoes Bill Maher's position on radical Islam. Read my most recent post. Maher has been desperately trying to maintain his liberal label while going against the prevailing attitude regarding Islam. Af

I hate to be the cynic here, but when Tulsi's politics echo the commentator's politics like Bill Maher, Wolf Blitzer, and Greta Van Susteren they only see an ally and not what (or who) is really behind her. Both Hollywood and Washington are a game of masks and ratings. If there were not a need to offer a foil or contrast to Hillary Clinton and Obama, Tulsi would be of no interest. Th
