Well, I guess eventually Hargrave will get around to kissing up to ISIS and they will relieve him of his head.

What we see developing for the G-man is a primary focus on personal recognition and acknowledgement of his 'ministry', as opposed to promoting any specific TLW doctrine, past or present (whatever that is). The fellowship as a whole will now definitely take a back seat to any other priority. Those who follow will follow. Those who do not will simply be left to circle the mountain.

The 'promised land' awaits the prophet from the wilderness.

Do you really think that Silas has fostered those very associations under the banner of TLW which belongs to Hargraves, only to allow the G man to harvest his crops? Is it possible that he will ace the little man out of the picture or at least sideline him to a subservient relationship? I mean-it makes no sense that he is the one to build that and not see the the potential for himself. I can't see him, after years of being G's buttboy--not at least having an alternative plan to move in for a coup. I mean the guy is far more educated and smarter--I am sure the possibilities are not lost on him. I'm just sayin'

My wife has gone through her surgery and she is still in the recovery room, she is breathing on her own. I will post more as the night goes on and I hear more. Thank you for your prayers. The surgery took a little longer than expected, but that is very good news so far............

CLOUDWATCHER:

As history in TLW has shown, a significant amount of abuse has been willingly absorbed by underlings who feel beholden to those over them. I am not privy to any info regarding how this applies to Silas and Shuma and the Hargrave(s).

Irrespective of what endeavours the G-man may wish to pursue south of the border, he will always be beholden to Silas because of language and cultural barriers. This will always remain as a leveraging position for Silas should the relationship go sideways. Silas will always be able to go through many doors that the G-man could never go without him.

A.D.

Great news. Keep us posted.

Yep that is how I see it for sure. I just wonder how fast this will happen. Will the churches become unviable and be sold? soon? it is a lot of money to keep in operation. Is it worth it to them as opposed to selling.

It will undoubtedly be spun as the next phase of 'The Word for the World--in Flesh', with vigorous attempts at fundraising in order to spread the glory of the G-man around the globe. This, of course, will no doubt find support among the faithful because the 'vision' that has kept them going this long has been so depleted it will be viewed as the most exciting thing that has happened in Wonderland in decades.

Who would not want to ante-up to claim bragging rights for funding the next phase of the Kingdom on the earth?

Their are not enough people to keep the infrastructure going And so many on retirement with no new blood and most of the younger generation had the brains to leave. The nightmare must end.

Gary used to talk about "Utopia Chapel". The idea of one mega church where everyone would all be located. Maybe he's gunning for something like that in Brasil. Shiloh was a contender at one time, but there's not enough employment in the area. I suspect Shiloh can barely run in the black anymore.
