I have recently started reading The Tibetan Art of Positive Thinking, and I have found the exercises presented in the book to be very helpful. However, Upon reading about the authors questionable background and character, I started considering reading other books on practical Bon practice instead. Since they are not exactly numerous, I was wondering if someone on this forum might be able to pinpoint me to any other book(s)?

Jimmy Saville, Stuart Hall, Christopher Hansard?

Stuart Hall jailed for 15 months for sex assaults [www.bbc.co.uk]
"In the dock today is a frightened and bewildered 83-year-old man answering for the touching - no more, no less - of all victims over a quarter of a century ago” Crispin Aylett, Stuart Hall's barrister.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said the case shows "time is no barrier to justice".

Stuart Hall jail term doubled by Court of Appeal [www.bbc.co.uk]
The increase in Hall's sentence "highlighted the fact that historical sexual offences are always taken very seriously"
Attorney General Dominic Grieve.

If you have been sexually touched, even if it was years ago and you would like to see Christopher Hansard in jail, get in touch with Witness Against Abuse (now the Centre for Boundary Studies) [www.patient.co.uk]. Witness will gve you contact details of a solicitor in this field and the solicitors have my story. There is a file.

Try a Google search. You simply fill in a form and pay a subscription for most if not all of these memberships.

It is the same as joining The National Trust or the RSPCA. Completely meaningless in terms of professional significance.

The Office of HH The Dalai Lama Does Not Recognize, or Endorse, the Claims made by Mr.Hansard, that the Dalai Lama Acknowledged and Praised Hansard's 'Activities'.

An Assistant Secretary to the Dalai Lama noted:

19 July 2006

Dear Mr. Jeffrey Bowe,

This refers to your email of 14 July regarding Mr. Christopher Hansard and the comments that are attributed to His Holiness about his study of Tibetan medicine. We have checked our records of the many messages and forewords that His Holiness has given, and we could not find the quotation that you have sent. And, at the same time, we agree with you that the language and style of this quotation looks distinctly different. We on our part will continue to expect people to be sincere and honest while dealing with the Office of His Holiness.

With warm wishes,

Chime R. Chhoekyapa
Joint Secretary
