The Jeff Farrell Affair – Part 3: Personal Experiences October 24, 2010 9:40 pm As mentioned in part 1 of this story, “The Jeff Farrell Affair – Part 1: A Positive Beginning”, Jeff Farrell attended some introductory Gnostic courses and meditation practices online and at the Toronto Gnostic Centre for under six months. During this time, I observed that he tried the various exercises and readings i

Here is my response to the first post, so far. Wow this is special. Why are personal attacks justified by this divine master? I at least had the decency to not write a blog called “Jordan Resnicks still stuck in a cult that he got caught up in while a drug addict”. “This blog will give the beginning of an opinion of one such person who appears to be one of those rare exceptions: Jeff Farrell.” Cl

The Jeff Farrell Affair – Part 2: The Great Escape October 13, 2010 by experiencegnosis When after having attended for just under six months and in my view having gained many positive experiences with the various practices of Gnosis, Jeff Farrell sent an email stating he would no longer be taking any courses with The Gnostic Movement in the future, he also stated in that email that he would conti

I'm just going to repost this bit that I've already posted on the main Mark Pritchard discussion. I have decided to create a seperate post here to deal with claims made by the Gnostic Movement of Mark Pritchard (aka Belzebuub, aka Belzebub), by Pritchard and by his agents that their right to freedom of religion, spirituality and worship is being attack. I have done this because I think it is a very serious accusation and a very serious matter. Clearly this is being done to avoid actually

I am exciting to have finally come to understand Belzebuubs teaching on anger and to understand it fully. Now I understand that anger is a horrible vial thing, unless you are using it to defend the Gnostic Movement or Mark or Edith Pritchard. Also if you use it to manipulate and indoctrinate a "student" than that is ok too.

This article was really good so I wanted to repost it here. An Open Challenge to all Committed Members of the Gnostic Movement Gnosis, we are told, is about investigation. Investigate, Investigate, don’t believe, experience things for yourself, make your own conclusions. Gnosis is not a religion, in a religion you believe or don’t believe, you are with them or against them, Gnosis is d

In relation to the matter of freedom of religion I would like to dispute the Pritchards claim that the modern equivalent of the term heretic is cult. Really termonology has not actually changed that much. The actual modern equivilent of the term heretic is heretic. (Would some buy this guy a dictionary already?) It really is unfortunate that we use the term cult to mean a dangerous religio

As perhaps a final note on the matter that I have been discussing I would like mention how my privacy has been violated, particularly in the light of the Gnostic Movements privacy statement. ” The Gnostic Movement is committed to your privacy. Your personal details are strictly used for course attendance records and we never share them with third parties”

Thanks PiscesRising, its really great to have your support. I'm really curious to know what I've lied about here. Or is that just wishful, delusional thinking on Jordans part? Maybe Jordan can help us out or maybe someone else has noticed factual errors I have made. I'm open to criticism.

These are my responses so far to the responses of Jordans posts. I've posted them here in case they get deleted. jefffarrell Your comment is awaiting moderation. You ask who would do this? How about someone who feels betrayed, lied to and conflicted. One who doesn’t want to loose friends he was made but can’t stay in the organization that he met them through because he has learned it i

jefffarrell Your comment is awaiting moderation. Oh moderation probably means that Jordan gets to decide what gets published. it has been requested several times that Jordan returns to Rick Ross to do what he promised he was there to do. There is the link so that Jordan can start to catch up on his homework. “I believe that Jeff Farrell first professed an interest in Gnosis and the

I would like to bring up a matter that seems to have not yet been dealt with yet. My concern is with those people who have either chosen to leave Mark Pritchards teaching or have forced to leave (usually the later in this case) yet they still believe in the crap teachings of Victor Gomez, alias Samael Aun Woer. Sorry this is just not good enough. I have to say that these people do not yet ful

Good point Keir. I think it is quite important to liberate our minds from words like Gnosis and Gnosticism being specifically associated with the Samael Aun Weor teachings which were created by Victor Gomez. I agree with Savedatlast that the Roisecrucian development and its associated spin offs have a lot of made up stuff. However we should consider the symbolic meanings behind such ideas. A

Carl Jung had something very helpful to say about Secret societies btw. It goes something like this 'There are no such thing as secret societies. Or rather there are no societies with Secret Knowledge but the belief that they have secret knowledge' He goes on to tell us that those beliefs are in themselves very insightful for what they can tell us about the inner workings of the

It might be helpful to mention here that the Pritchards were not even creative enough to learn these manipulation techniques themselves. All they did was pick up the techques of manipulation, excuses and method for attacking others that are practiced by all other "Samael Aun Weor" and put it to their own means. Victor Gomez had a long history of exposure to manipulative schools of t
