I don't mind not having the EDIT feature.
Because it was REALLY annoying that when Trolls saw that their arguments were going nowhere, they would just go back and delete all of their own posts. Sore losers.

Exactly. And this would alter the quality of the thread.
The net result should be less trolls and when there are trolls let the chips fall where they may.
