"In response to legal letters issued by solicitors acting for Esther Mary Rockett the content on this website has been removed.
As at 9 September 2019 the parties have reached a settlement agreement and as part of the agreed terms the following notice will appear at this URL for a period of 12 months in 12 pt font:
Correction and Apology to Esther Rockett
Between 2014 and 2018, articles were published about Esther Rockett on the website "Facts About Universal Medicine" (universalmedicinefacts.com). "Facts About Universal Medicine" is administered in varying capacities by a team of people including Alison Greig, Jonathan Baldwin, Desiree Delaloye, Ray Karam and Isabella Benhayon. Between 2015 and 2016 articles authored by Ray Karam and Alison Greig were also published about Esther Rockett on the "Truth About Serge Benhayon" (truthaboutsergebenhayon.com) website.
Alison Greig, Jonathan Baldwin, Desiree Delaloye, Ray Karam and Isabella Benhayon unconditionally withdraw any allegation in those articles that Ms Rockett had knowingly made false accusations against Mr Serge Benhayon and Universal Medicine; that her complaints were baseless; that she was a liar; that she was a bully or "troll" who had engaged in a campaign of cyber abuse; that she had conducted a campaign of hate and published hate material about Universal Medicine; and that she had engaged in a campaign of religious persecution.
Alison Greig, Jonathan Baldwin, Desiree Delaloye, Ray Karam and Isabella Benhayon unreservedly apologise to Ms Rockett for any hurt and offence caused by the articles or any other articles or comments that they have authored making the above allegations, and have removed all such articles and comments that Ms Rockett had notified them of."
Nice to see an apology there to Ms Rockett, it's well overdue. There's a whole lot of other people they could start apologising too as well - those that lost family members and had their families destroyed would be a good start. Can't see it ever happening, but who'd of thought when this thread was started the NSW Supreme Court would of ruled so heavily against UM?
And this little news nugget landed last week too: [

What ever will come out next?
