It’s a stunning victory, and one hopes, sets a legal precedent which will give hope to many families devastated by the cult. We should also never forget the pain and hurt that this family (and hundreds of others) have been put through as a result of this cult. It’s an evil, sinister group and many people have chosen it over their own families. In this case, one hopes the mother sees sense and leaves the cult immediately.

On of the most damning quotes from the Judge on the harm caused by the cult:

"I am therefore satisfied that the distress that the child will feel as a result of the separation from her mother and from a period of no contact will be short-term and will not have medium to long-term consequences of a magnitude which in any way approaches the magnitude of the consequences of leaving her in the current position."

Now the UK Courts now have this judgement, hopefully it will become a precedent in dealing with similar cases, both in relation to other children being harmed by Universal Medicine's sinister influence and any other cult within the UK.

Where is Serge? He seems to have gone underground in recent times. No social media presence, no tweets from him or the brides of Serge. What happened to his New Era? It seems that the all the media exposure has led him to hide away, scared of facing anyone. And this from the man who declared he would debate anyone, anytime, or any subject. We all knew it, but he’s now more than proved it. He’s just a clown, a snake oil salesman proved to be nothing but the head of a ‘socially harmful cult’. Courts in the UK and AU have ruled against his cult, membership is at an all time low and new recruits are warned off by a simple Google search which reveals page after page of negative press. The fight against this cult is not over yet, but judging by how things are now, this nasty little man and his pathetic proclamations will soon be a very, very minor note in history.

That’s a huge number and must dwarf all the worthless posts, blogs and websites Benhayon and his fellow stooges have put out it by many times. The public has spoken and they want information on scamming cults. Look at page views on this thread too.

And the great thing, there’s plenty more coming.

Until Benhayon is bought to justice and his cult dismantled piece by piece, and he and his family (and the upper tier of members) are forced to make reparations, no one is going to stop in the fight to expose them.
