To whom it may concern: Henry Jolicoeur behaves like an Internet troll. He seems to troll threads to feed his ego and berate people. It appears to be time to ban him from this message board due to complaints. Please message me if there any further problem.

I think more than anyone it was Catherine Oxenberg that brought NXIVM down through her very public crusade to save her daughter. NXIVM leaders held out as long as they could some have now entered guilty pleas rather than go to trial. To date three of NXIVM's top leaders have plead guilty to felonies that will probably do prison time. Only NXIVM leader Keith Raniere, heriress Clare B

Prettyboy: Reading about the recovery of other cult members and studying research about cult recovery is very helpful. You realize that your group and problems are not unique and learn from the experiences of others who have made it through the recovery process. Books like "Snapping," "Cults in Our Midst" and my book "Cults Inside Out" are good resources that c

Prettyboy: Your post attempting to blame former members for being victims of a destructive authoritarian group is wrong and not factually based. Please don't use this board to post such opinions, which are against the rules you agreed to before posting here. No personal attacks. You apparently need to do some reading about the deception and coercive persuasion used by cults to tr

GODHIMSELF: You are behaving like a troll trying to keep people from posting. Also you seem to want to dominate this tread. This thread is not your personal place to offer legal advice and admonish people. As long as people posting here are prudent there is no need to be worried about litigation. The Butler group isn't stupid. They have not filed a frivolous lawsuit against this mes

GODHIMSELF:: I don't think anyone here really cares about Henry Jolicoeur videos. Speaking as someone who has experienced numerous legal threats and gone through protracted legal battles you are safe if you get the facts right and make it clear when you are expressing an opinion. For example, you can say "In my opinion," "It seems to me," or when you are not abso

Please try to be respectful. This thread is being trolled. Apparently Mooji people are concerned enough to do that. Not everyone that has left the group and is critical will agree on everything. The focus of this thread is -- Is Mooji a cult of personality? And what behavior within the group is negative and/or destructive? Are people being hurt. Please focus on the core subject not

And they might be offended or put off by something that you think is funny, but they feel is hurtful. Everyone must respect that each person posting here is coming from their own place, space and situation. Everyone is not at the same place in recovery.

To whom it may concern, If you have an opinion state -- In my opinion. If you are not absolutely sure about a detail you can say -- it appears to me, apparently, it seems to me, etc. These are important distinctions. Specifically qualifying what you say in this way makes it very difficult, even for a litigious group, to have any meaningful basis to make a claim regarding defamation.
