If nothing else - i would say that was pretty damning evidence that some cream is being skimmed from the top of the milk for some reason! Bearing in mind this is just what they are "declaring" on a 990 - I don;t know what the situation is in the states but people are never 100% honest here in the UK when doing their Tax Returns.
