Just as a matter of interest, Stoic, who began calling Dave Davejc? Was it yourself or Sisi? You know, the one you outed as Styxx.....?

Quote Of course those whose own lives, and kidneys, are spent in service to supply the life that Davejc deems satisfactory to himself and his ego--don't get a look in. Their own available power to build satisfactory lives for themselves is already fully subordinated to the needs of Davejc---the only person in the expanded family who is allowed to have any normal needs. I agree.

Oh come on Stoic! Don't tell me you haven't got a secret stash (maybe not bound in leather) which you might just share with a close male friend in a moment of intimate male bondo? Hehehe!

OK, so I've given you a taste of what Mo (David Berg) was writing in his letters to the most trusted faithful in 1974 and 1975. But in 1976 Dave McKay was still running advertisements for the COG in his local paper. And he was the editor! And he had a swag of Mo letters hidden in a leather binder...... Go figure. The dates do add up. Dave was a practising member of the COG in 1976 w

Mo letters were very secret, and only available to trusted sources within the Children of God. That is why Dave kept them secret, hidden in a leather-bound case.... Today, they are published on the internet. Here is the letter for January 3‚ 1974: Little Flirty Fishy, The David Berg —MO January 3‚ 1974 No.293—DFO P.O. While the great love-in of flirty fishing flourished in the mid 70's, the seeds were there in Mo's letters as early as 1974......and Dave had a great collection of Mo's letters...... Dave has been shy to be a little more honest about his involvement with the COG. Now (yesterday) he admits he was in contact with the COG soon after they arrived in Australia and that they often used to visit him Queenbeyan. He was probably in contact with COG even before he arrived in Australia, but this is a big first step in his admissions. He's now admitted he was the person w

Thank you Moderator for directing us to that fabulous article on people who have tried to sue the Rick Ross Institute. Very well written, and very enlightening. I am indebted to a poster on the xjc site for bringing up a legal term in respect of civil damage claims. Now I am no legal buff, so I leave it to the reader to research the meaning of: "Unclean Hands". Related to this

OK, Apollo, so what you seem to be saying is that Dave failed in his "Duty of Care" regarding allowing a convicted paedophile to have contact with children within his organisation. You are not saying that he is a paedophile himself, is that correct? Failing in your "Duty of Care" is serious enough......particularly regarding children......

I agree with you Apollo regarding best practice when convicted paedophiles apply to work with children. Dave seems to have no regard for best practice when appointing this person to work with children. Under current Victorian (Australia) regulations, he would not have been allowed to work with children.

And another thing.....hehehe Dave continually makes the assertion that anyone who posts here is "in league" with other posters here. Now Dave, you are a journalist. If I were to write a letter to the Sydney Morning Herald, or even to the Broken Hill Courier (or whatever it was called), would you assume I was in league with others who write letters to those papers? I think not.

Just for the record: I opposed DSM/littlerose's claims that the Jesus Christians are a front for a terrorist group. I do not think they are a paedophile group, in the literal sense. Many people view the grooming of young people under 18 years old to join a cult as somewhat LIKE paedophilia, and I myself have used the term "Spiritual Paedophilia". Use of slang words like "

Regarding that half-remembered reference to the Jesus Christians in Germany, I have found what was actually said by Dave. They are not banned from entering, as far as I know. Here's what Dave wrote: QuoteI think we have quite a few people to thank for the latest news we have received that cultbusters in Germany are saying that we are "one of the most dangerous cults in the world toda

His emphasis was on young men. Sure, he lured Grace and Susan Gianstefani into his cult, but the main emphasis seems to have been on young men and promoting their practice of masturbation in order to avoid other temptations....

Dave is obsessively going over old postings, and trying to justify his position. He can't justify his position. He lured young impressionable men into his cult, and used them for his purposes. That is clear. It is a fact and is historically true.

Suddenly Dave has posted. If anyone can make sense of it, please let me know...... Of course, none of it is about "Jesus" or 'Christians", as his banner heading would suggest. Once again, it is all about what he said, she said, Glenn said, Sisi said........it is really pathetic how this once self-styled "prophet" is reduced to petty bickering. It says more abou

Golly, one can hardly keep up with the posts which Dave makes and then deletes. I guess apart from his internet scramble to find justification for all he has done, he by now has a serious cash-flow problem. His disciples have apparently ceased distributing on the streets for doney money, to be given back to the "communal purse", which means he must by now be in a financial crisis.

Ypu know, when I read Dave's posts, as I have just done, I wonder what love he has for Jesus. That someone could post such vindictive, hateful and ego-centred stuff, and then claim that they are following Jesus, that actually floors me. Where is the love and forgiveness which were at the heart of what Jesus taught? Dave, if you were to post one post demonstrating your understanding
