I support Cloudwatcher. I think ALL funds should be diverted to her/him.

Note to Cloudwatcher onlY--ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ELSE READ IT:
remember our agreement...that I will receive an immediate 20% kickback. We're operating on the honor system, of course, since that has always worked.

Certainly, surely, gladly. That is a great, grand, immense idea. Trust me I am generous, honest, and moneygrubbing. Did I say that? Amen

This book is great. It came today, and I gotta tell you that it came at the right time, I was depressed and miserable, but I just ordered it a day or two ago, the Cloud Break book. From the part that I read so far this is a awesome writer. It makes me feel good to know when the younger generation under us did well. The timing of that book is right about the time that I was in the church. I got into the church in about 1976 as best as I can figure it and got out as soon as I looked into the abyss. By "abyss" I mean when I looked into Marilyn's eyes. That was my wake up call that John Robert just didn't have the inside track on all wisdom and knowledge and discernment.

Also I got Cults Inside and Out today too.

I've been watching the TV show "The Path" on Hulu. It is quite good. If you liked Aaron Paul in Breaking Bad, you'll love this one. The cult is not Bible based so there are some big differences between The Path and the Walk. But the patterns of mind control are the same. The basic story is about a married couple in the cult and what happens when one partner starts to have doubts.

I recall my wife asking Marilyn in the 90's what should done since I was resistant/doubting the new teaching about killing the male spirit. Her response, according to my wife, was to "kill" me. I'm not sure if this will be the approach taken in the show, but if I was in the writer's room, I would really push for it. It feels authentic.

p.s. the fact that I am here writing to this post is indicative that my wife never followed through with the sage advice given to her by the lamp. If I recall, my wife had doubts as whether this suggested action was in accordance with the family spirit...and decided to go the disobedient route. I'm sure there have been times in our less than smooth marriage where she felt that might have been a mistake, and the lamp was onto something.

Sometimes I wonder if Marilyn killed John simply by screaming at him.

For all the progress Pope Francis has made during his short tenure, this still remains the elephant in the tent. The abuse has been so systemic and widespread, along with being covered up and denied, we may not see a satisfactory resolution in our lifetime.

Much to his credit, he has addressed certain areas of the problem, but the overwhelming scope is daunting. He has focused largely on healing, rather than denying, which is a giant step for the church to take. He has also been thorough in dealing with Vatican officials who he have thwarted any efforts he is pursuing, including firing almost all of the Vatican bankers, and the US Vatican Ambassador who set up the controversial meeting with Kim Davis.

It's going to take a lot to turn the ship around, but, I guess the G-man is positioning himself to be of assistance in any way he can.

Details to follow . . .

Alright Cloudwatcher, ha ha doing your thing, taking a shot at it.

John Robert Stevens, "The Right to Become,"THIS WEEK Jan 16, 1977:

The Lord puts you through a process that will bring you into sonship, into deity. (What about,"You shall have no other gods before me," the 10 Commandments?) Do not be passive in the process. (John, it's not the 10 Suggestions.) Assume the deity that God wants his people to have... (Oh my, we're in Margaritaville.) God becoming man means nothing unless we become God. (Shut the front door.)

"Fun."
