Caveat emptor.

The translation of TLW version of 'oneness' is 'our way or the highway'.

TLW stone tablet reads, “Submit to Authority.”

TLW bible reads, “Submit to Authority.”

TLW heart, “Submit to Authority.”

TLW message and publications, “Submit to Authority.”

He is obsessed with people being submissive. That is a running theme in his messages, as far back as I can remember.
Glad you're questioning his emphasis.

Lettruthcome,

The kind of submission to authority that Gary preaches leads to spiritual abuse. The Living Word Fellowship has elders, but Gary is not accountable to them. That kind of church governance should raise a red flag but it is often missed. A good resource to goggle is Ronald Enroth. Enroth exposes how many abusive churches wrongly interpret the Greek meaning of submission used in the NT and go way beyond requiring submission in church matters as described in the NT and wrongly demand that the members submit every aspect of their personal lives to church leaders which is what is required by Gary. This has proven totally destructive to many members in the church. Many of Enroth's books on spiritual abuse and recovering from spiritual abuse are now PDF files you can download for free.

I got your satirical post about the absurdity of Gary proclaiming that John brought down Satan and then Satan reappearing. I don't think you need to use emoticons but incase you do, what do you think of the Steven Colbert one: [emojipedia.org]

Thanks for sharing that Larry. Your posts clearly shows how perverse the intrusion (under the guise of submission) was/is into the private lives of the members. When under the spell, we all thought as you once said the LW was God. When the light bulb in the mind comes on and the spell is lifted and the healing comes, you realize the LW never was God, never can be God and never will be God.

So true, LR. I know this light bulb personally. Talk about an "ah ha" moment !

HEADBANGER NEWS: Don't Step In It

"Step into I AM"

December 4, 2016

"We received a prophetic vision (hallucination) in 1972 that speaks of who we are (in our own pipe-dream) and how we will walk (not a good track-record there), and we are going to focus on that vision because (there is nothing else to focus on) . . ."

"So there is no reason for us to wait (it's only been since 1972)."

"It’s time to change the way we relate (we will believe it when we see it) . . ."

"Don’t put fulfillment into the future (which has yet to come since 1951); do something different (like rebelling?) to step into I AM."

"Start by giving your will to the Father (TLW leadership) and letting Him (TLW leadership) work His will in you (by taking full advantage of you)."

HEADBANGER NEWS: Keep It Under Wraps

The Unfolding and Unwrapping Experience! Special Collection #1

December 4, 2016

"This collection of John Robert Stevens’ ministry of the living Word from July 1981 – December 1982 became an unfolding, crescendo of impartation (that fell flat)—a creative tidal wave in the Kingdom of God on earth (that went absolutely NOWHERE)."

"These select messages on CD and vintage print are the catalyst of oneness in relationships, impartation, miracles, healing, and transformation (and a boat-load of oppression in the decades that followed by the G&M regime)."

"They are dispensational (delusional); they provide the Body of Christ with a blueprint for living in two realms at once (pie-in-the-sky / hell on earth), and for bringing the Kingdom of God on earth (in your dreams only)."

"Collection #1 is only $200 for more than 125 messages. This collection represents a third of the messages (for which you will be fleeced for $600)."
