I know this board is moderated and that has got to be a huge job, reading everyone's posts in advance. I remember all the porno posts that were showing up here a while back, so I do appreciate the moderation. I was just wondering what the average time might be for a post to appear between the time you send it and the time it shows up on the forum.

There are three moderators putting in a couple of hours each every day. One of them lives 10 or 12 time zones away from the others, so their work is nicely spread over the day. Thus, on average, approval shouldn't take more than a few hours. Then again, it's all done on a volunteer best-effort basis, so if someone is sick or on holiday, or simply quarreling with her wife[*], appearance times can increase.
