Good link Sparky. What can seem harmless and wholesome and healthy sure can go wrong. It's bad enough lifes were lost it's how the group has acted after to be dismisive and to hide details.

If they would have been straight foreward and seemed to welcome sorting it all out so it never happened again the public would not have been so angry.

It's how they have handled the disaster that is the worst.

Actually, Rick Ross deserves the link credits. I lifted it from his news website which many folks here do not frequent that often:

Any chance we in the Rick Ross Community get to *Bump* a story especially about LGAT scumbags life Jimmy-boy is worth posting a new link to.

Currently under consideration by the court is a motion from the defence team of JAR to exclude an expert witness on LGAT techniques.

[apps.supremecourt.az.gov]

The above doc is the prosecution's response to that motion of exclusion, making clear why an expert witness is required to educate the jury on the LGAT techniques in use during Spiritual Warrior and the lead-up to the sweat-tent debacle.

Whatever the court decides regarding the exclusion of the expert witness, the above doc makes clear that the prosecution has a very good understanding of the psychological pressure that was carefully and deliberately exerted on the participants by James Ray and his 'dream team' prior to the deaths in the sweat tent.

Whatever the outcome, I think this case may be very instructive to a wider public regarding the dangerous and underhand LGAT methods that are routinely being used to part 'Spiritual Warriors' from their cash, and the above doc is worth reading on that basis alone.

Unfortunately it will be cold comfort to the families who have already lost loved ones to this extremely devious abuse of the participants.

Like many documents from the prosecution, it's well worth reading. They've done an extraordinary job of compiling masses of information on Ray's method's and deceptions. Regardless of whether the court hears it or not, it is at least on the public record and is much more credible having been gathered by prosecutors. The response of Ray's legal team to the accusations will also be for ever on the public record - essentially no response at all beyond great exertions at keeping it out of the court room. Those actions speak for themselves about the accuracy of the content.

It's probably impossible for the court system to be pro-active in such a gray area, but the state prosecutors have really done the public a great service, as have those who agreed to give honest testimony. I don't doubt that Ray would have pulled every manipulative string of social coercion to maintain a ring of silence he could, as well as all legal contortions his team is acting out.

A good example of how Ray has controlled and still controls someone's mind can be seen by looking up greg hartle on youtube. The former JRI employee/accomplice in the death and/or cover up of Colleen Conaway, is "traveling the 50 states with just '10 dollars and a laptop'". A few days ago he said he was in Seattle, and mentioned he had been in Portland, OR over the summer. He said a couple in Seattle gave him a place to stay for 30 days. On one recent youtube posting, he was asking people to help him find either shelter or transportation. He films himself walking the streets of Seattle and looks unshaven, unkempt sometimes.

Here's the part that shows how he's absolutely controlled by Ray (although I know his memories of what they did to Colleen Conaway in San Diego, are also influencing his descent into madness): Hartle is destitute. He's unemployed, facing an uncertain future, yet he logs on, films himself, and begins to give financial advice and tells people how to build their lives and your businesses. He talks, uses langugage and gestures exactly like James Ray. It is so strange how hopeful he is, yet doesn't accept that he's actually homeless. A friend of mine told me Hartle reminds her of a woman she knows who has lost literally everything from her Abraham Hicks beliefs, yet continues to say her success is "on its way."

I posted some comments to hHartle, which he promptly erased. You link to the videos as a "channel" via youtube, which is what Salty Droid did, and those can't be erased.

My purpose in posting is this guy is not to torment him. I would hate to see him flip out and hurt someone. In fact, I encouraged him "for the sake of his soul" to go talk to law enforcement in San Diego. I really wish he would for Colleen's dignity and for her loved ones, but that might be asking too much of a narcissist or someone in such denial about everything.

Looking at Hartle's youtube videos are shocking. He is a Ray clone and is clearly still deeply devoted/affected by his "leader/mentor/coach". It's concerning to think there might be more Ray clones out who are "teaching/coaching/mentoring" others.

James Arthur Ray - every LGAT Guru in the US is watching this case

The relevant text from the above document from the prosecution about the abuses going on in LGAT seminars, needs to be cross-posted everywhere. [apps.supremecourt.az.gov]

It reads like some of the text from these forums, who have been warning of these abuses for years, and in relation to this specific situation, and many others.

One can bet that the LGAT Gurus all around the US are watching this case very nervously. As there have been so many injuries that have occurred due to the terrible abuses from the advanced manipulative techniques being used on people, all over the US and the world.

If he can get away with it, in this case, then that is a green-light for the LGAT Gurus to just keep doing what they are doing, and have been doing for decades.
This will show whether the courts are decades behind what is happening in the world of the "LGAT seminar", these highly manipulative and advanced methods being used on people with no idea of what is happening to them.

If he gets away with it, then its a green light for them to continue using these techniques, no matter the damage to people. No matter even if they die DURING the LGAT seminar, never mind outside the seminar.
And never mind the terrible psychological damages, if they can't hold the LGAT gurus accountable, when multiple people die DURING an LGAT seminar, and others have died during previous LGAT seminars from the same LGAT Guru.
Think of how outrageous and blatant that is. The fact that so many people have been psychologically injured, is not even on the table.
So if they get away with it, then it will prove to the hundreds of serious LGAT Gurus in the US, that in fact they can do ANYTHING THEY WANT TO PEOPLE, short of getting caught physically harming them or killing them on high-definition video with 100 witnesses.

But if they're held accountable for what they've done to people, and how they've done it, then other areas can come forward and start to go after the LGAT Gurus. Just like they started going after some white-collar crooks, its way past the time, for them to start going after the LGAT Gurus who are running rampant all over the country, and have escaped almost all accountability, except in a few cases.
They could get them for fraud, false advertising, therapy without a license, false medical claims, ponzi schemes, contract violations, and an endless list of abuses. But up until now the LGAT Gurus have been allowed to literally do almost anything they want. That is why they are so arrogant.

So one can be sure, every LGAT Guru is watching this case, and nervously waiting to see what happens, as they could be next. There have been many deaths and serious injuries associated with these LGAT seminars, going back many years.
But the legal system doesn't seem to recognize what is going on. If it turns out the legal system cannot stop these LGAT Gurus, then in fact, very aggressive public education and public awareness is essential.

One hopes that the precise processes used in these damaging LGAT seminars and events, will be carefully examined and explained by experts, and then have that information communicated to the general public.

Another interesting court doc where the prosecution is again presenting a motion for the inclusion of the prior acts on the basis of a charge of negligent homicide (which is lesser offence included in the manslaughter charge) which allows for some evidence of the mental state of the defendant to be presented.

[apps.supremecourt.az.gov]

Included in this doc are JAR quotes from the audio tape of the sweat-tent pre-briefing, quite nauseating when read with the knowledge of the outcome.
