I know its not at all funny to the people who get caught up in these marketing scams----but George C Smith and his IM set-up strikes me as amusing for one reason; the Internet Marketers who employ these hard-sell, direct sales, emotional 'plant a fear and then sell to conquer that fear' tactics are the darkside of regular commerce---George has set up a literal 'darkside' of the darkside--his own closed circle of customers to sell his fantasies to.

Not a Mental Health Counselor to have any faith in--good mental health counselling involves helping the client to see fantasies for what they are---dreams and passing thoughts, will-o-the-wisps, not feeding those fantasies and trying to make concrete entities out of them.
Shame on you, George.

'To become a Adept you must show mastery over the both night and day - proof of this is being able to afford a cryonics contract and getting one.'

There must be a tie-in here with the cryonics companies giving some kind of kick-back, an affiliate payment, (a minimum 50% and upward for snagging a recruit in the IM circle-jerk circles) for introducing a new punter to the pay-until-you-drop scheme. Perhaps this is what Styles has negotiated with the bigger 'shiny, scientific' cryonics companies.

Or does the TOV/cryonics connection go further back--date from pre-Styles invovlement?

Re: Cryonics, Vampire cross-marketing, Europe cryonics vampirism

This is the same as the other cryonics companies cross-marketing.

They target the Anti-Aging market, aging Boomers who are buying pills/potions that promise to keep them younger, that is a huge industry. So cryonics markets to that demographic, as since those folks want to live longer, then living forever as a people-sicle is the next illogical step.

They also target any other sect/group that wants physical "immortality". That is a ready made market for them.

So since there appears to be a bizarre fringe sect of "vampires" running around, someone in the vampire food chain got the idea to use manipulative tactics to sell cryonics contracts. They put pressure on them, and use leverage, by telling them to buy the cryonics contract, or you get kicked out of the vampire cult.
Same tactic many sects use.

So the guy running the cryonics sham, collects the monthly cryonics fee, and would get a fat commission from the guy who draws up the cryonics contracts.

As has been said before, its surprising that sects like Raelians, and others, have not cashed in on this themselves. Force their own members to buy a $200,000 cryonics contract, or get kicked out of the sect.
They probably have something else going on, that is easier to mange, with less complications.

But its the STANDARD cryonics method. Use deceptive and manipulative SALES and upselling techniques, to get people to sign contract they cannot get out of. Like an irrevocable trust.

But on top of this, who would want self-declared "vampires" in Europe to be handling human corpses for alleged cryonics?
Who wants a self-declared "vampire" cult to be the one to collect their dead body, and then drain the blood out of it, in the fake cryonics ambulance?
They want self-declared "vampires" to be responsible for the decapitation of human corpses for a cryonics head-freezing?
Does any sane cryonics believer, want self-described European vampires in a bizarre sect, to be the ones handling and mutilating their corpse at death?
What is really going on with this?

There is no question, that the American cryonics companies have formed business partnerships with people in Europe to market cryonics.

For example, this "article" below about cryonics is identical to the ones used in the US. The cryonics people hire a PR company to shape the article, and then pay them to get it placed in newspapers. Its viral marketing. The article is bought and paid for. Newspapers need money, and the PR company knows how to get the fake shill-article placed in the paper, for the right price. Its very common these days.

For example, this article from 2009, promotes David Styles and cryonics.
It also promotes a couple other people to try and normalize cryonics.
It also promotes a brazen LIE right in the title, saying Simon Cowell wants cryonics. Same tactic as the US, trying to use fake celebrity lies about cryonics. The cryonics companies are behind these deceptive marketing attempts.

They also use the fake price, to try and lure people in.

Then a little while later, David Styles announces he is starting up a cryonics company EUCRIO.eu [www.eucrio.eu] with his buddies Saul Kent, Catherine Baldwin, Aubrey de Grey in attendance.

So obviously that article was a fake, a plant, a shill.
Guess who is the MONEYBAGS behind this expansion of cryonics in Europe? Who is the actual OWNER of EUCRIO, and not just the manager? Who are the investors?

Please freeze me! How scores of middle-class British couples are hoping to buy immortality for just £10 a week [www.dailymail.co.uk]

Of course, in the fake article, they don't mention the stuff about Euro-Vampires, and cross-marketing to other vampires, or the Temple Of The Vampire. Only later stuff about that starts leaking out.

The people who are paying for and bankrolling the cryonics marketing into Europe, using David Styles as the salesman, are going to go absolutely ballistic now that all this Vampire insanity has leaked out.

To keep an eye on this into the future, search Google for:

"Temple of the Vampire" "david styles"
"Temple of the Vampire" Linguascelesta
Linguascelesta "david styles"

An interesting Vampire post is here.

In the fake shill article above, they mention Ellen Clarke.
There are links online saying she is part of the same vampire game?

A very slickly written piece of puffery from the Daily Mail---how to normalise such an outlandish concept so that its people next door signing up. The Mail is known for its 'advertorial' reportage.

I had to smile at one of the comments, imagine Cowell-free TV listings:

'I'd personally pay £20 a week to someone if they were going to freeze Simon Cowell and keep him frozen.......
- Sam, The other side of the planet'

Yeah Ellen Clarke is his wife they are both really young David is about 25 and Ellen is 21 i think if the mail article is correct.
So they were obviously "groomed" by George C smith from a young age - David has been in the vampire cult for about 5-6 years maybe longer - so there is something quite troubling about George Smith targeting kids in their late teens. Though it does tie in with Rudi Hoffmans remarks about Cryoncists getting younger people involved to manage trust's and suspensions for the earlier generations of cryoncists on the depressed metabolism website: [www.depressedmetabolism.com]

The temple started in 1989 to answer stoics earlier question.

The "Owner" of Eucrio is apparently this person: Nuno R.B. Martins - Seems hes a Alcor Member and set up Alcor Portugal [alcorportugal.com] so its likley he has more than a casual link to other cryonics organisations as well, Hes also another Transhumanist and even "graduated" from the singularity university. [www.popsci.com] + [singularityu.org]

From: [www.neuronanorobots.com]
"Nuno R. B. Martins - Nuno is a PhD student focused on developing the promising technologies for human (healthy) life-extension. He is currently developing a new medical technology, called neuronanorobotics, to preserve human brain information. His PhD thesis is titled: “neuronanorobotics: a proposed medical technology to preserve human brain information”.

Nuno's major goal is the achievement of radical life-extension. His current goal is to make life-extending medical nanorobotics technologies happen as fast as possible.

Nuno R. B. Martins created his own company to fund his ongoing education at the singularity university. He co-founded Alcor-Portugal--which sounds more like a franchise model than a bunch of circle-jerking IM mavericks who still retain a certain lone-wolf status.
Franchise models are very strictly controlled from the top down to preserve the value of the brand, mavericks don't last long if they threaten the stability of the parent company.

The TOV is run by the 'Inner Circle or Order of Prometheus.' These also seem to function as the Old Ones, not disembodied gods--- but all the attributes of disembodied gods projected onto the authoritarian clique running the cult.

Prometheus was a Titan, the Greek mythical figure who brought fire to man, against the will of the gods, and so kick-started the long road towards the modern civilisation we know today.

[en.wikipedia.org]

Mary Shelleys 'Frankenstein,' credited as the first modern ghost/horror story, was originally titled 'The Modern Prometheus' and seems to have been written as a cautionary tale against allowing the free run of science to topple other more human concerns --i.e. just because we can do something doesn't necessarily mean that we should. It introduced an ethical concern into man's increasing ability to create monstrous things.

[en.wikipedia.org]

Reading on another thread I came across the word "promethean"

adjective
1.of or like Prometheus
2.life-bringing, creative, or courageously original
noun
a Promethean person in spirit or deeds
1.Greek Mythology Relating to or suggestive of Prometheus.
2.Boldly creative; defiantly original.
noun
One who is boldy creative or defiantly original in behavior or actions.

Those old Greeks were smart guys, they always included the downside, the payback for presuming to ape the gods; Prometheus paid for his presumption by being chained to a rock and having his liver pecked out daily, the liver is one of the only organs in the body with the ability to regenerate itself.
