Kailua Boat Death Tied to Hare Krishna Cult?

Remembering the victims...

Family, friends remember avid waterman killed in Kailua boating accident

People need to understand that the arrogant cult leader Chris Butler Siddhaswarupananda preaches, "The wise do not lament for the living or the dead." He has a long history of misanthropy.

The arrogant cult members apparently think they own the beach and if they roll over a few "karmis" while engaged in their devotional service, well then,"It was his karma." The arrogant cult members believe they are superior to others because they serve "g0d" directly by serving Butler. Kailua residents have complained about cult member's dominant behavior on the beach for years.

Of course Butler and his followers actually believe that they are above the law of karma and everything they do is in "g0d's" service. It appears as if they are deluded into thinking that by serving g0d's best pal Butler that they are justified in acting like assholes on the beach ~ all under the guise of "devotional service".

If the driver was indeed Siddha Bellord, it kind of wrecks his future as the next "guru of the universe" in the disciplic succession. Karma is a bitch, eh.

If it was another follower who injured and maimed these fine people, they will have hell to pay with Butler and get their head chewed off and "fired". No doubt guru will be pissed at the exposure. Ah, but that is his karma to get exposed...

Time for the family of the victims and Kailua residents to put pressure on the authorities to investigate the cult.

Was it a tragic accident or a grossly irresponsible act by people in thrall with the dangerous, misanthropic philosophy that Butler preaches?

Kailua residents should pressure the police to release the name of the driver of the boat. Family members should pursue legal action against the driver. No amount of money or cult lawyers can deprive the family from pursuing justice. Whom ever did the senseless and irresponsible deed may get away with it, but they will be exposed one way or another.

I have been trying to avoid continuing to harp on this weird cult. But it appears it was some of Chris Butler's devotees who drove the boat which killed a diver whose family I know. And a lot of Kailua people are upset about this. Apparently, the cult members have long been known for driving recklessly.

The video clip is awkwardly edited. Which is too bad, because i have watched a longer version and Chris is telling people they can serve God by following Chris's will. By "dovetailing" their lives with Chris's orders, they are dovetailing their lives with God's Will.

This nut is Tulsi Gabbard's "Hindu" guru from whom SHE accepts her orders.

Here are Malia's words:
"Kailua is buzzing about who recklessly drove the boat that killed Pono's brother who wasin the proximity of the BIZARRE cult house in Lanikai. Hope HPD investigates this."

Bart Dame In some of the online chatter, you can see people saying, "We always knew they were weird, but we just kind of left them alone. Until now."

The widely known secret of the cult can no longer be ignored. And the evidence which has emerged about the shadowy connections with troubling figures has emerged over the last couple of years, brought a bout, in part, because of people noticing Tulsi's rise to power and fame.

SPECIAL DELIVERY TO CHRIS BUTLER SIDDHASWARUPANANDA:
For all your tin foil lined walls, vegetarian diet, air and water purification systems, the minute you set foot in the ocean, you have exposed yourself to radioactive pollution from Fukushima. Just saying.

Dangers of Low Dose Radiation

Is this why your cult is presumably moving to New Zealand, which lies below the jet stream and northern hemisphere ocean currents that are poisoning wildlife in Hawaii and all along the west coast of the mainland? Just wondering.

And why is Tulsi Gabbard silent on this issue?

Yeah, this is meant to be provocative.

Deep Concern for the safety of my little brother Laksmana Ranson

Posted publicly on my Facebook page:

https://www.facebook.com/33rama/posts/10208938964859571

Warning... This post is public...

Posting this out of deep concern for my Brother's safety and the fact he has fled from Hawaii to New Zealand directly after the death occurred.

Written by an ally who is an expert on the cult.

Any New Zealand family please reach out to my mother and brother if possible.

"Here is my concern about Laks. Butler might try to make him the fall guy. Order him to confess from NZ. He might even order him to disappear after confessing or even to do away with himself. How can this work? The confession could be along the lines that he was driving the boat and ran over the victims. He panicked and jumped off and swam to shore. Siddha Bellord may have rescued Trey and drove to the boat ramp in shock. Laks then caught a flight to NZ (running away implies guilt).

We all know that these people will do and say whatever Butler orders. Our only hope is that witnesses or an alibi make this impossible to sell to the authorities and to the public. We need to get the exact timeline and hopefully Laks will have been somewhere else. Some eye witness or security camera might provide this as well. Even if Laks was driving, I'm still of the opinion that he should be protected.

Rama, I think you should write about this scenario and also contact Bevan Hurley and The local authorities in NZ should place Laksmana AKA Sudama Peter Ranson in protective custody."

Possibly my brother was not involved, and just left the cult altogether. Too good to be true, but if a murder and attempted murder are not enough to snap you out of a cult, nothing is.

Bottom line.

An innocent family man; father, husband, friend, has lost his life in the most terrible way imaginable,
to the insane whims of a cult leader who controls his devbots with an iron will.
Nothing happens in that cult unless Butler allows it to happen.

If Butler told “someone” to go scare divers in HIS beach, then it would be done- no questions asked.

Tulsi Gabbard’s silence is deafening.

The cult has deep pockets. It would be quite easy to slip a few here or there.
This is all very troubling to me on so many levels, I have lost track, but the main one here is, will justice be served or will Butler once again, skate free?

I would urge those who can to pls post on all the media outlets under any column that is relaying info about this “accident”....or ...was it really an accident?
I have already attempted to do this and all my comments have been removed by KHON- you mean to tell me Butler now has a devbot working on the staff of KHON?
And, judging by the silence of the Honolulu PD...devbots there too?

This cannot be happening.

Dear Readers:
With this tragic turn of events, please do not underestimate the basest levels of hypocrisy and cowardice that Butler and Co can descend to.
Butler and his devbots are capable of everything...and then some.

Why can't someone go to the police station and get the report or interview police officers? Certainly there is a record available to the family members and lawyers of the injured and deceased. As far as I know, they have a legal right to sue the driver in civil court if no criminal intent is found.

I hope that Lak's quick departure was to leave the cult and not to avoid extradition.

I hope the Kailua residents, who are still grieving the loss, keep the story alive and expose what really happened. I hope they put pressure on local politicians to pass laws to protect the people who are forced to share a beach with misanthropic cult members. Tulsi could do a lot, but we all know why she is silent about this incident.

REPORTING BOATING ACCIDENTS

Place to go for information:

REPORTING BOATING ACCIDENTS IN THE STATE OF HAWAII

REPORTING BOATING ACCIDENTS

By law, all recreational boating accident reports (see link at bottom of this page) have to be filed by the operator, and in case of operator incapacity, the owner of each and every pleasure craft involved in a marine casualty. For recreational vessels, the statute, HRS Section 200-29 and Hawaii Administrative Rules, Section 13-242-5 makes the Boating Accident Report and accompanying investigations confidential and not public record for use in litigation.

All commercial vessels must report casualties to the Coast Guard per Federal regulations applicable to the vessel on form CG-2692.

A boating accident report has to be filed with the State if the vessel is used for recreational purposes in the following instances:

1. Loss of life or the disappearance of any person;

2. injury, causing any person to require medical treatment beyond first aid;

3. actual damage to any vessel or to any other property is in excess of $200.

A marine casualty may include: capsizing, flooding, grounding, falls overboard or onboard, other injuries incurred while aboard a vessel.

For loss of life or disappearance, the notification and report is to be submitted within (48) hours. For all other accidents, within (7) days.

Commercial vessel casualties must be reported to the Coast Guard as soon as possible after the occurrence on form CG-2692 and within (5) days of the occurrence. The casualties that must be reported are described in the Federal regulations applicable to the type of commercial operations.

By calling the appropriate agency listed below one may report the incident and obtain the report form for completion and submittal in the required time period stated above.

For recreational vessels:

Department of Land and Natural Resources
Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation
333 Queen St., Rm. 300, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813

During working hours: (808) 587-1972 FAX: (808) 587-1977

For commercial vessels:

U. S. Coast Guard Sector Honolulu
Investigations Division
433 Ala Moana Blvd. (Pier 4) Honolulu. Hawaii 96813

24-hours: (808) 842-2600

For Neighbor Islands:

Contact a county police officer or the Division of Boating and Ocean
Recreation District Office or the U. S. Coast Guard 24-hours number.

Section 1. Definition of a Boating Accident

"Boating Accident" means a collision, accident, or other casualty involving:

a. The death or disappearance of any person;

b. Loss of consciousness, medical treatment or disability of any person in excess of 24 hours;

c. Physical damage to property in excess of $200; or

d. The loss or disappearance of a vessel.

A vessel shall be considered to be involved in a "boating accident" whenever the occurrence results in damage by or to the vessel or its equipment in excess of $200; and injury causing loss of consciousness, medical treatment or disability of any person in excess of 24 hours or loss of life to any person or in the disappearance of any person resulting from the accident under circumstances which indicate the possibility of death or injury; or the loss or disappearance of the vessel other than by theft. The term "boating accident" includes, but is not limited to damage, loss of life or injury to any person or object on board or being towed, pushed or otherwise connected to a vessel or to persons or property caused by wake, wash or waves created by a moving vessel, capsizing, collision, foundering, flooding, fire, explosion, burns, scalds, falls overboard or on board and other injuries to persons even though no damage to the vessel or its equipment results.

Section 2. Written Boating Accident Report: When Required

a. Whenever a boating accident results in (1) loss of life or the disappearance of any person, (2) injury causing any person to require medical treatment or to remain incapacitated for a period in excess of twenty-four (24) hours, (3) actual damage to any vessel or to any other property in excess of two hundred dollars ($200) the operator of said vessel shall submit within forty-eight (48) hours of the happening thereof if said accident has caused the death or disappearance of any person, and within seven (7) days of every other such accident, a written report to the Department on forms furnished by the Department.

b. This requirement shall apply to the operator of (1) any vessel involved in a boating accident in the waters of the State, and (2) any vessel required to be numbered or numbered pursuant to the Rules and involved in a boating accident in any waters; provided that such report need not be filed with the Department where the operator is required by federal laws and requirements to report such accident to the Coast Guard. The operators of documented vessels are required to report boating accidents to the Coast Guard; operators of other vessels must report accidents to the Division.

NOTE: 46 USC Part D, Chapter 63, Section 6301 states that it is the responsibility of the USCG to investigate all marine casualties as defined in Chapter 61 of the same Part, Section 6101. However, the USCG and the Government of Hawaii entered a Memorandum of Agreement which states that the DLNR Division of Conservation and Resources Enforcement will investigate all boating accidents on waters of joint jurisdiction involving recreational vessels."

c. A written accident report is not required from any person who is physically incapable of making a report during the period of such incapacity.

d. Whenever the operator is physically incapable of making a written report of a boating accident and such operator is not the owner of the vessel, then the owner of the vessel involved in such accident shall make such report.

Section 3. Boating Accident Report

a. Whenever an operator has been involved in an accident requiring a written report, harbor personnel shall advise the operator to complete CG-3865 BAR Form - 2008 Boating Accident Report (see bottom of this page) and mail it to a DOBOR District Office.

The State Boating Administrator shall compile the boating accident reports and supporting documentation and forward copies to (1) Commandant (G-BP-3), U. S. Coast Guard Headquarters, Washington D.C.; (2) Commander (b), Fourteenth Coast Guard District, Boating Safety Division; and to (3) MSO, Investigations; in the form of a monthly summary with exhibits.

b. Upon receiving a written boating accident report concerning a vessel numbered in another state which was involved in an accident in this state, the State Boating Manager shall forward a certified copy of such report to the Boating Administrator of the state wherein such boating is numbered.

c. Upon receiving a written boating accident report concerning a vessel numbered or required to be numbered in this state that was involved in a boating accident on waters within the jurisdiction of another state, the registrar shall forward a certified copy to the Boating Administrator of the state wherein the accident occurred.

Section 4. Written Accident Reports Are Not Public Records

Written accident reports are for the confidential use of the Department or other State and Federal agencies having use of the reports for accident prevention purposes (See Appendix A). Division personnel will utilize appropriate measures to preserve the confidential nature of such reports. Upon request they may disclose the contents of a written accident report to U. S. Coast Guard personnel and law enforcement agencies having reason to be informed. However, requests from other persons or agencies for information from written accident reports shall be referred to the Honolulu office.

The CG abides to the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. Part 552) and the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. part 552a). The FOIA sets standards for determining which records must be made available for public inspection and which records can be withheld from disclosure. It is the USCG Commandant's policy to make records maintained by the Coast Guard available to the public to the greatest extent possible in keeping with the spirit of the FOIA while balancing the need to protect privacy and security interests. Discretionary release Under FOIA is for information/documents which fall under one of the nine exemptions, but do not pose a harm to agency operations or to an individual if they are released to the public. Agencies may make discretionary releases of material under the FOIA as a matter of good public policy and government accountability where there is no "foreseeable harm" in the release of the material and release is not prohibited by the Privacy Act or another statute. A discretionary release by the agency does not necessarily waive its ability to invoke FOIA exemptions for similar material in the future.

Section 5. Immediate Notice of Accident

Division personnel who receive a verbal notice of a boating accident as provided in Section 13-242-3, Hawaii Administrative Rules, Boating, will advise the informant as to the requirements for written reports and immediately notify the police station concerned. A memorandum is to be immediately dispatched to the Honolulu office containing:

a. A summary of the information received.

b. The informant's name and address.

c. The badge number and name of the police officer notified and the date and time of notification.

d. Name/s of the Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation employee/s who received the report and notified the police officer.

e. Division employees shall make every attempt to provide Form LNR 3-027, "Boating Accident Report", to operator(s) or owner(s) of a recreational marine casualty. Upon completion by the operator(s) or owner(s), the completed reports shall be mailed to the Honolulu office, per the return address provided on the Boating Accident Report form.

Wake up, wake up!

It’s called Psychic Sleep. You lie flat down on the floor and meditate on a mantra sound or mind picture, usually a god. An airy feeling flies you off to an otherworldly world of dreams, where sometimes you get to speak to a deity, and you wake up feeling divine. That is the exercise.

The bigger Psychic Sleep is what you do when you are awake. Over many years being fed mantra meditation, Vedic fairy tales, and Hawaiian Krsnology, you are boxed in from the outside world, and you think that is good – feeling spiritually and morally superior to others.

It is when your obsession to an exclusive lifestyle becomes a license from God to condemn those that do not conform to your diet, habits and regiments, and do not agree with your stiff understanding about the larger Universe and the petty regulations that come with it.

It is when you think that the air you breathe is dirty, or the foods people eat are poison and society is conspiring against you.

It is when you get forced to choose your belief over your family member, loved one, friend, relative, neighbor and community.

It is when the authoritarian rule is not fair in politics but is fine in religion.

It is when you become complicit in the make-believe and “the end justifies the means” schemes, lying to and entrapping people, especially the naive, the poor and the vulnerable.

It is when you think you know everything there is to know, and that is the meaning of life.

That is Psychic Sleep.

Wake up, my friend. When you think it is cool, it is not, it is stupid; when you believe you are saintly, it is false modesty; and when you think that you’ve been doing it for too long, and there is nothing wrong about it, step back – the larger picture says it all.

Cults are a menace to society. Evil is easy to deal with when it is obvious, but when cloaked in false godliness, it is harder to let go. No one wants to look stupid, to realize suddenly, for many years you were taken for a ride. Not only does the exercise make you suggestible to further superstitious dogmas, but you also become susceptible to social and political propaganda, and collectively, it does more harm than good.

It is fine not to know everything; it is fine not to be pure, and it is fine to be one of the 7 billion people on Earth who have no clue what lies out there. Instead, love your family, do good to your friend and develop empathy to your neighbor, no matter what they are. Most importantly, be authentic. It is fine not to agree. Instead of giving your hard-earned money to a charlatan, starve the beast.

The royal family in Hawaii do not wake up in the morning with the purpose to what will make you happy; instead, they look at the ledger on how many pledges they’ve collected. Expenses are getting higher – projects here, projects there, mansion maintenance and a U.S. Congress Representative to sustain. Sooner, litigations from a botched beach watch.

True, joining a Yoga cult is not like joining ISIS. But what guarantees are there Yoga cults did not resort to the same degree had they grown as big? Both are fanatically anti-everything. The only difference is in proportion, but the essence is the same.

The fact is, people who propagate cults and lie about our mainstream values are relentless because there’s money in brainwashing, that’s why you must fight it. You must wake up.
