QuoteZorroQuoteexImpactI know that personally, the Quest and Summit trainings were directly responsible for almost all of the damage my life has undergone since I decided to "trust" Hans Berger. exImpact, I feel for you. My Landmark encounter definitely shook things up in my life as well. For a while I was mad at myself for what was going on with me. Then after reading post

Even without the religious cult attributes, the LGAT format is HIGHLY dangerous on it's own. I know that personally, the Quest and Summit trainings were directly responsible for almost all of the damage my life has undergone since I decided to "trust" Hans Berger. The TIT-LDS cult is an added layer of madness to an already corrupt system of control and manipulation, not to

QuoteImpactedEx, Actually I thought the Billboards were brilliant. Not designed to attract new participants, but to reactivate old grads who otherwise might have gone to one of the split-off-from-Impact or other companies right here in Salt Lake City...Anyway, the Billboards were terrific at hiding all that history . . . well almost hiding it. Even a 14 by 48-foot billboard isn't qu

from another board: QuoteezdoesitThe best advertisements against Landmark are Landmarkers themselves. It is my opinion that the vast majority of the trainers/office staff who have left recently do not have the wherewithal, the resources or the initiative to begin new trainings. I think they may be feeling quite screwed, upset, angry or in a funk of LGAT fueled, circular rationalization. The only person I knew of that I thought might be capable of something was Doug Moore, a former TIT3 staff

QuotePassionateTeri smart is no longer with Impact. Neither is Shannon Wooley. Jim Condie is gone too. I dont have any idea why, but the continued exodus of office staff and trainers seems dubious. I'm shocked. Wow. Not about Shannon (it is Woody, not Wooley), but Condie was their business trainer (he put up the videos on YouTube) and Terri was... the epitome of a psycho-grad. Feel kind

QuoteImpactedEx, >>Impact stays in SLC because the marks are easier targets here. No other reason. << I think you've got it. That and, I suspect, the legal systems in California or Colorado, for example, present a greater risk to them than those in Utah. Why do you think they've not found a larger training center, one that could handle 200+ in Q

QuoteImpacted ...Listening to their degrading remarks about each other. (Ever hear Sally rip into Hans? or Hans share his disgust at being "married" to her? or their mutual distain for Pamela, Ward or others?) ... I heard such things, but dismissed them as playful. Well, I have called them a religion, but I have also dubbed them a cult. They are a cult, and I think you answered your own question: QuoteImpacted So I think there's a deeper reason why they have chosen to stay only in SLC, but I'm not sure what it is. Maybe someone here has more insight into this. with: QuoteImpacted But what they don't share very openly is that the

It is my opinion Sane Again's anger is fully justified. I suggest you find a way to deal with it. I also suggest that you find a way to accept that some of what you share in these forums is not universally held and there are some views that you have that may cause anger in people. Sane Again is one of the few people on these boards that continues to contribute content of real value, in my op

Quotequestion lady So if you wanted to molest a kid and didn't do it, you would be breaking you agreement to "teach' this person. So you would actually be doing the kid a favor by molesting them. This is beyond sick. Yeah, I don't really have a word for it. It's not an exaggeration either, if you follow the logic.

Q-lady, I disagree. The pre-existance is a very LDS idea (It is probably the most developed and detailed description of the pre-mortal life in Christian existence) and the presentation of the Impact theodicy is calculated. The Bergers were Mormon themselves and many of their children still are, including the Quest coordinator. Most of the trainers and office staff were and are LDS, and those who

Put this up on the South African Quest thread, but thought I'd post it here too: This effect/reaction stuff is interesting.
