Good point, Oz - We're a national magazine based in the US -- with about 725,000 subscribers based here and around the world. We also have a large online readership. As Landmark and the companies it works with are global, the article will encompass global stories.

Hello - I am a journalist working on an article about Landmark Education and LGATs at work. Currently, I'm in search of leads and two types of sources: - those who have attended Landmark courses (or similar est-themed LGATs) because someone at work suggested or told them to go. (In particular, I'm seeking employees of larger, well-known companies.) - those who have encountered

Aussie - You said The Hunger Project was promoted in Money & You... and that everyone was asked to bring in a donation of $100. Maybe this is naive, but are Kiyosaki and Landmark/est/Erhard officially associated in any way? Why would Kiyosaki be collecting donations for the Hunger Project?

I just did a quick search of the film's message boards (various sites around the world devoted to the movie). There are numerous references to Landmark Education. I haven't seen the film yet - is Landmark actually mentioned?

Skeptic - You mentioned that LE is changing because of the death of a leader - any idea how the organization is poised to change? Suggestions for further research? I'm working on an article about the company as we speak... Lucas

Toni, Wow - who would have thought having too little money would be a blessing? More importantly, your son must have been in a tough spot. That first step out into the working work is so intimindating. Who can tell their first boss no - after all, you're feeling lucky just to have a job. Would you be willing to put me in touch with him? I'd love to hear more about how everything

Thanks, Mona. Your experience sounds like it was a tough one. It's amazing to me how many rational people come out of Landmark with traumatic stories. For me, the workplace element is especially unnerving as there may be added pressures (getting a raise, fitting in, staying on the boss's good side). One of the messages I read here mentioned a hair salon in Australia where attending

Thanks! The alternative medicine stuff should be interesting - and yes, I've already come across a lot of the vocab. One of the Landmark/work themes that's been turning up again and again is that people don't necessarily go to the Forum because their supervisor tells them - but because their colleagues are going and they're feeling left out. Sometimes the vocab is one of th

sonnie_dee - I'm a journalist working on an article about Landmark (you may have seen one of my posts on this message board). The focus of the piece will be Landmark's methods in the workplace - specifically, how the company makes inroads into corporate environments. From what I understand, some folks encounter Landmark because their boss asks (or tells) them to go. Others realize th

Nettie, I'm a journalist working on a piece about Landmark - I'd love to hear about some of your experiences inside the company. (You may have seen a couple of my previous posts along these lines.) The article I'm working on will take a look at Landmark's practices in the professional world. I've read a lot of posts on this message board from folks who were told to go

I'm a journalist working on a piece about Landmark at work. I've read a lot of posts on this message board from folks who've been told to do Landmark by their boss. If this happened to you, I'd love to hear your story. My understanding so far is that many people feel extra pressure to attend Landmark when their manager or supervisor requests (or even demands) that they go.

MercurialMere (and others) - I'm a journalist working on piece about Landmark Education at work. I'm reaching out to people who've encountered Landmark in the professional sphere - whether it be through consultants or through the Forum itself. In my research, I've learned that everyone has an opinion about Landmark. Some love the program, others say it's very danger
