Tony, I suggest that you begin by familiarizing yourself with the social-science experiments carried out by Stanley Milgram, Soloman Asch, and Phillip Zimbardo. My report is that he was very recently spotted in California, in the Sacramento area. That he was spotted in the Sacramento area is not so surprising to me; after all, I believe that he and his consort were raised there as children.
