This quote came from her comments section (where she talks t

RE Glenn: Reading his posts on the JCs forum he does come across as being a Dave McKay apologist. He's not the kind of person i'd want to have anything to do with and i'm glad he's been banned from here.

QuoteBlackhatI am actually not interested in bringing DM to any form of justice you might conceive to be right. In fact, the only form of justice for DM is on his dying day, and that is between him and God. You can't presume to take that position. That is for God alone.. I QuotezeuszorBy that logic, nobody should be in jail. The man is a criminal, and deserves to be tre

Taken from Wikipedia.. ''At present the group has reformed itself again under the name The Tribulation Keepers in an effort to spread a message to the world that the Anti-Christ is here, and it is now time to get serious about your faith and go into hiding.'' The Tribulation Keepers eh! hmmmmmm

Quoterrmoderator I have been qualified and accepted as an expert court witness in ten states, including US Federal Court, through what is called a "Daubert hearing." IMO--the so-called "Jesus Christians" are a cult group. Dave McKay essentially dominates and defines the group, whatever he says is right is right and whatever McKay says is wrong is wrong, whether it'

Dave wrote: "But a better example is paedophilia. Kids are not FORCED to have sex, and yet society says it is wrong. I know, I know, they are not adults. But you see, we each have our restrictions that we think makes it wrong or doesn't make it wrong." No wonder McKay is compared to David Berg and the COG. This quote comes right out of David Berg's school of thought.

Another example that Dave McKay was and still is hugely influenced by David Berg's teachings. I find stories like the one above extremely difficult to read, infact i feel sick to the stomach. Similar stories seem to be popping up all over the place at the moment. Is everyone lying Dave??????????

What are you suggesting then Zeuszor? I quite agree with you but i don't see what more people can do. All we can really do is continue to highlight the many negatives of the group on forums like this in the hope that when potentials come here looking for information they realise it's nothing more than a dangerous religious cult. The reason i don't think the authorities would eve

Agur, As i stated above it was sad seeing the type of childhood young danny had to endure but that's all trivial in comparison to the story about the ex member who molested a young boy but was not reported to the police. The same pattern is clearly emerging time and time again. Dave puts the image of the group above everything else.. whether it's the the paedophile in India, the ex m

Yes you're right Agur the Wife Swap episode was very sad. I can't begin to imagine the ridicule young Danny must have had to endure at school. It can't have been easy growing up in a cult. You could see how embarrassed he was being dropped offf in the morning in the back of a camper van. It couldn't have been a pleasant childhood.

Quotehello Roland and Sue- that you saw on ' Wifeswap'- have been involved in two cases of ' kidnapping' - both involving underage boys. I once sat with Sue where she told me how one of their community members had sexually molested a young boy- the JC's response was to eject him from the community. The man in question was free to molest again- the only issue they had was

QuoteStoicI had a quick read of the wiki-page and found this rather astonishing update: 'In 2010, an inspirational artist anointed by the Holy Father himself, came forth to seal the liberation of the Jesus Christians. The Jesus Christians and the one who sits next to God Almighty in the most secret of ways was revealed as the Jesus Christian’s were being ravaged by the despicable Jiha

Hi Cait, I've had a look through some of the older threads on the xjcs forum and i came across quite a few of Glenn's posts, so they've definitely not all been deleted. I know there's a wikipedia page but Dave and his cult edit it in there favour on a regular basis, and to be honest it would be rather stupid if they didn't because it's the first place most peop

Zeuszor it can be very hard to find specific pieces of information. Yes we all know the information is out there but it's not as if you can just enter your question into a search engine and it suddenly appears. You would need to scrawl through pages upon pages before finding it. It may be a pain in the ass answering the same questions over and over but it's all for the greater good. Peo

That's a fantastic idea Agur. We could start a new thread and call it 'Dave McKay's Hall of Shame'. We could also highlight his infamous quotes like ''lying gossips are worse than murderers, because they destroy whole groups of people''. I'm sure there are many more.

QuotezeuszorAye, mate, I am one mellow fellow. Hey, I was thinking: I wonder if DM might be in the process of saying his farewells, due to his diagnosis with cancer a couple of years ago? It seems a little unusual for him to visit Sheri & Boyd for example. This just occurred to me. What do all of you think? Health issues would certainly be something to consider. If something did h

Thanks for the response chaps. Oh so it's ok for Dave to have a wife and kids but his followers are encouraged to stay celibate? what a joke! Wow i can't believe Reinhard's gay. I didn't think homosexuals would be allowed into the cult. Surely Reinhard wouldn't be allowed to have a gay relationaship in the cult?

How long ago did McKay decide to split the cult into smaller groups of 2-3 people? Do you think McKay felt by splitting into several smaller groups they would appeal to a wider audience? Was there ever a time when all 20-30 of them travelled around together as one group? It must be a nightmare if you're in a small group of 2-3 guys. I'm guessing they're not allowed outside

There is certainly no 'community' feeling within the Jesus Christians. There is however alot of anger, hatred, paranoia, scheming and bullying. The reality is the Jesus Christians are a small group of oppressed individuals desperately trying to live up to the twisted expectations of an egomaniac cult leader halfway around the world.

That old nutter from Texas has posted her latest youtube video. I skipped through alot of it but the main topic of the video seems to be 'genocide'. Apparently her own country including 'members of her own family who are up there in politics' are wilfully commiting genocide hmmmm. I had a look over at the JCs site there and it seems they've been very busy. Alot of threads have been either edited or completely deleted. Dave and 13 guests are currently logged in. I tried to use the chat function on the home page but i was unable to gain access. I wonder why a 'disbanded' group would go to all this trouble? hmmmmm

I've got my own personal reasons for not wanting to post on the other forum but i certainly don't have a problem with anyone who does. I don't know how anyone can have the slightest bit of sympathy for Dave. He himself is constantly going on about how people should be held accountable for their own actions. There's so many negative aspects of the Jesus Christians but certainly the main one for me is how they target naive teenagers and completely destroy any relationaship they have with their parents. That alone is enou
