QuotejchpiperWow! What an article! I've only read through it once and have printed it to study more. I also want to read the author's examples in the link provided at the end of the article. S/he articulates so much of my own experiences. I also recognize where I have (at times) been the binder. :-( Hi Carol and welcome. :-) I have to admit that I felt challenged in completely

QuoteThe Anticult...why don't you do The Work on your own comments? According to Byron Katie, your comments are really all about YOU, right? According to your own alleged practice of the Work, your thoughts are NOT true, and you should question them, and erase them, and do a turnaround on them, right? So that would make your thoughts...paranoid, angry, defensive, misleading, etc. Right?

Go to your local walgreens and see the price of glucometer test strips. Thank you for the reality check about a serious condition like diabetes.

Wow Corboy, excellent information about Stuart Resnick and the SYDA folks. Whew. That "willfully ignorant" remark from Stuart is so ludicrous, it's laughable. Hi Pilot, and thanks again for turning up that Janaki blog! Sadly, people ARE "buying it". Thankfully, Steven seems to be divorcing himself from Byron Katie completely. (It is my firm opinion that is a good thing.) Also than

Hey qd, it so happens I picked up the book "The Sociopath Next Door" from the library yesterday afternoon. It is chilling reading and I'm inclined to agree that Byron Katie fits the mold of sociopath. I have my doubts that she will commit something along the lines of leading a mass suicide, as she seems too into the material gains of her "work". But you never know.
