I am reading Michael Langone's [u:22a6961c8e]Recovery from Cults[/u:22a6961c8e]
Margaret Singer's [u:22a6961c8e]Cults in our Midst[/u:22a6961c8e] and [u:22a6961c8e]Crazy Therapies[/u:22a6961c8e] and Steven Hassan's [u:22a6961c8e]Combating Cult Mind Control[/u:22a6961c8e].

I am finding these extremely helpful in recognizing and identifying some of the things I've been struggling with namely grief issues about missing people in the group, unsettled issues about what was right and wrong in the group, and conflict about spirituality and, in my case, AA because the cult I was in abused the AA principles (Langone, p.222).

Thank you! :D

Great books to help the process of healing...

What are some of your unsettled issues about what was right and wrong in your former group?

May I ask?
