Great Life Foundation (by the way) doesn't sell CDs and gets an annual license each year from both BMI and ASCAP to play the music in the training room. Sorry to disappoint. . .

Awesome--- if it's true, but not likely... if it is it's even more troubling... Let's travel into the "training room":

An LGAT with high morals, too bad they're misplaced. Let's see a day in the life of.... "Great Life" "IMpact" errrr "Happy Vision" ...errrr "Empowerment"...errrr. LGAT that is nothing more than the warmed over, left-overs, of LGATs gone by, like all the rest:

"OK we need to be our word...and promote committment, loyalty, respect, understanding, peace, oh and....human empowerment"

"Yes...I hear you... now what are we going to do about John, who's been in severe depression since attending our "training"... and Sherry, who left her husband of 16 years after having an affair with a 21 year old "trainer" here... and Carl, who walked out on his kids to go up to live in the mountains so he could more closely hear and channel the Arch Angel Michael and his blue flame of protection... and finally Tom, who filed for bankruptcy after spending the last of his $12,000 in his retirement fund on our useless "training" and that girl, I didn't get here name she ran out sooo fast, that committed suicide after last Saturday nights "training" session?"

"Hold on here! I was talking about making sure we insure we don't trample on the intellectual property rights of multi-billionaire music executives, we need to watch our morals!

"Oh those morals, sorry "trainer" we were confused by those silly morals tought by our parents, teacher, and society.

"Great Life" errr "Impact" errrr "Happy Vision" ...errrr "Empowerment". We took the best of the rest of the worst LGATs that are no longer in business"

Its good to know that Harmony/Visionworks/Greatlife is only guilty of SOME types of dishonesty, hypocrisy and manipulation. I feel so much better about the organization...

Boonetahoe,

I'd suggest you look for the canceled checks since "inception."

Here's where the integrity you claim regarding BMI and ASCAP fees is out:

1) Harmony did not pay those fees before your involvement -- for more than a year under the Jubacks (who again are in my experience worse than Hans and Sally. who claim "God called them to this work in the pre-existence around a big white table (as they have claimed many times publicly and privately, and who were into the TIT cult as deep as anyone there). They even vacationed with Hans and Sally out of state together. And the details they shared of those experiences were, according to those who heard them, as amoral as anything Larry Flint could imagine. But perhaps some of their closest friends were just making up crap about that. I found much of it hard to believe myself at the time. Sally as a porn addict, for example. But then I heard that same thing from more recent Impactites.) Nonetheless, your claim of payments by this "graduate owned" company since its inception is false. Its inception was the first training after Hans and Sally were locked out. When you still had all their grads for a couple of months before they got back into business again.

2) Are you certain you do not allow trainees to sell such CDs to "create" their payments for the their trainings there? I know you have in the recent past. Perhaps I should drop by a GP or ropes service again to see what's being sold there.

If that is happening, or has happened in the past, how come you are/have been okay with that?

Okay knowing that some of your trainees paid for their training by being thieves?

3) Have you looked at the CDs used by your trainers? JJ and others using ones burned as compilations sold by Impact. Were you really unaware of that?

While I respect your stated desire to try to run a clean version of the training, at least in its business practices, at least as compared to Impact's business practices, the fact is you are still doing what Impact did in the way of processes, many of which are perhaps public domain now, but others which you do not have clear rights to, some of which were "developed" by Sally Berger, or Hans, or Bruce Solomon (back in the day), or David Gilcrease, or John Webb, or Bob White and Randy Revellle -- and none of which are original to anyone working at GLF now.

For example, are you certain you have the rights to use "The Clear Plastic Bag" audio? And if not, why would you still use it? It's not BMI or ASCAP licensed audio. You got a CD from Hans for that, who copied it from somewhere else, and could care less, apparently, whether it is stolen material or not. Chances are you won't get caught. And that's the way business is run. Lots of companies do that.

It's just so out of whack with what you claim to train that its disgusting to those of us no longer caught up in supporting this crap blindly.

You, apparently, still believe some good comes from putting a "Daddy's mess up" nametag on a woman fathered by a man who had an affair 23 years ago, or "doormat" for a woman kicked to the floor by her husband last month, or "1-800-use-me" or whatever will send someone in your "training" to tears.

And then send them home.

Without any support other than their equally traumatized "buddy" to come back for more tomorrow.

You see that as an acceptable risk.

You're okay with some of them never coming back.

You, if I assume the best of you, must believe this somehow does more good than harm. That it is all a reasonable risk for you, and your trainees to take.

And you feel that way about every other process in your training, no matter how bizarre or physically dangerous -- from a trust fall in Quest to the Ropes course or firewalk (what's next, drinking poison or playing with poisonous snakes because the Bible tells you if you believe you can do that too?) or Feedback Arcs, or untrained training-junkies,and exTITers from Impact, trying to facilitate Gestalt, externalization, group therapy processes in total chaos in the training room!!!

And because you're still on the inside of this, you can't, apparently even see how insane that seems to the folks here. Nor do you really look at where all the people are who did all or part of your the Harmony/GLF training and are no longer around. You assume they are all powerfully living the tools they got from you. Your vision and focus is on those in your Founder's training and almost no one else.

Personally, I think you are here to help "Shut down Impact so everyone there will come to GLF." I imagine you long for and dream about that happening. I know the Jubacks do. Its (from your language/perspective) a lose-lose, weright/theywrong game.

Truth is you, and all other LGATS using these processes are wrong, sick, bad, hurtful, damaging, cultish, destructive, monetary-feel-good, rip offs at best.

Someday, I am confident, you will see that.

Till then truly I do wish you well,

=====ED

From the What an Authentic LGAT might look like thread:

>>boonetahoe
Date Added: 10/07/2007

1. It would be a clearly defined NOT FOR PROFIT financial structure. No dividends, no shady financial structures. Accounts would be posted in black and white on the company website every quarter for all to see. Investment in developing the business is fine as long as it is in line with the non profit structure.
2. The board to be from accountable, professionally trained areas in appropriate backgrounds (eg – Psychology, Philosophy etc)
3. The founder(s) is (are) not the subject of significant allegations of legal or personal malfeasance
4. Its objective would be human happiness and fulfilment, tolerance for all faiths and belief systems"

Just for the sake of information, the Great Life Foundation in Salt Lake City has been operating for the last three years under this basis. <<

1) There are no accounts posted in black and white on the GLF website. You lied.

2) Your board is mostly made up of former Impact grads. Their names are not on your website, but members in the past included the Looneys and a bunch of other Impact grads. Other than Bernell Christenson, no longer with you, and not a trainer, who are the professionals?

3) Steve Juback had an IRS judgement that prevents his from owning a business, lest it be seized, or earning income lest it be garnished, so you pay his wife and daughter while he "works for free." This is integrity? Pam was the sole "owner" of Harmony. That's how you locked Hans and Sally out.

I just find your claim above to be so dishonest as to be nearly unbelievable.

If you are the poster-child for the results of these trainings, then they are even more destructive than I had thought.

RICK -- it's time to review whether this guy has violated the agreements (ground rules) for being able to post here.

Just a bit more evidence that Hans and Sally and their Impact Trainings cronies are monitoring this site. If you go to Google and do a search for Impact Trainings, the second page of search results show a link to Rhapsody Music, titled "Free Music: IMPACT TRAINING - Vol. 8 by STEINWAYBOI - Rhapsody Online" where some Impact bonehead posted a complete list of the songs in Impact's Music CD Volume 8.

It's been up there for a while... but since the posts regarding Impact and how they are violating copyright laws by selling music that isn't theirs, the same page has been scrubbed clean of all thge songs.... weird?? But thanks to the cached versions of sites stored by our good friends Google, we can view the site as it was on October 19th 2007 (3 days ago). Wow... Hans must have ripped into the guy that psoted that one and commanded....errrrr...strongly suggested.....errr evoked the blue flame of protection to remove the evidence of their copyright infringment this last weekend....

BUT HERE IT IS FOR ALL TO SEE:
http://www.tiny.cc/ImpactTrainings

WAIT A MOMENT---TAKES A BIT TO LOAD.

Memo to Impact Trainings: Try and remove whatever you want, doesnt matter, we have actual video of you selling the Cd's in your center. We have the actual Cd's, with your logo on them, we have everything we need to make sure you are get what you "deserve". Thanks for "creating" such a fine mess for yourselves!! SO stand by Hans..... here we come!

How is it a "no win" situation? You have made grand claims without evidence that are completely contrary to our own experience. You have made claims about Great Life that apparently aren't true as well. Do you have anything truthful or meaningful to add to the forum? Are you attempting to call us "unfair" because we have disagreed with you?

Also, you have ignored several requests for research you claim to have gathered regarding the effectiveness of LGATs. Does that research really exist or were you lying again?

Google will take those pages out of its cache if asked, so make sure to save a copy of any pages. Those pages could be saved as an HTML page, or as a single webpage, and then even be uploaded to this thread as an attached file for everyone to see.

The reality is that trying to "cover their tracks" makes it more obvious what was going on.
