I wonder how many customers get "the pitch" to join Landmark...

I wonder what they do to their employees.

I really have to wonder about their secret herbs and spices!

I bet the employees spend a lot of time setting up the tables and chairs in perfect alignment. I wonder if they all stand in the back of the cafe watching the customers transform their food.

I trust they pay their employees at least minimum wage.

And I wonder how they react to a customer with no time for their mamby-pamby dialogue.

It kind of reminds me of the times I visited the cheap eats in Melbourne run by the Hare Krishnas. The food was good and cheap, but it often came with a robed initiate more than willing to sit down with you and discuss the virtues of his religion - enough to leave a bad taste in your mouth.

I suppose nothing is free!

No doubt. I can't imagine the 'coaching' that goes on behind closed doors when a table or a napkin is just one degree out of place.

I wonder if Jack Erhard has dropped into the cafe yet to [i:773572dfed]express[/i:773572dfed] his gratitude?

I've never given the time of day for the lekkie definition of what gratitude is yet, I'm almost ready to hear it now. I only know one thing, it will be shocking and revolting.
