O'Neill can manipulate legal system, pressing false statements against people. Now he is suited for defamation and slander. He got a restraint order to slander against his students and pretend he is a nice person and all he does is for love. The federal process against him continues, he is prohibited to solicit money in USA and he stopped his trips to USA. For the past one and a half year he concentrated his monetary efforts on England, contemplating to get a good name and position there. O'Neill uses energetic tortures using his horrible dimensional work. He forces "declaration" letters than anybody who is seeing him lying or is criticizing him - lies. He can make very nasty processes in the body mind and soul, destructing memory, causing muscle pains, he knows well all the brain structures and he can torture a person acting on that. Knowing his mechanistic dimensional work in the brain in a good or bad direction I would stay from him so far away as possible. He likes only control and people being completely under his control. This a horrible illness of being not under God but under his own ego, iron brain and desires for glory and power.

It's impossible to stalk O'Neill, he is always alone in his house and he is gay with his secretory Jonathan. It was all fabricated on false accusations, he himself wrote 3 "threatening emails to put criminal charges and was torturing the woman energetically that she "confesses".
