THE PETITION
PETITION: JUSTICE FOR JEREMIAH.
We the undersigned are appalled at the still uninvestigated death of British Jewish Student, Jeremiah Duggan, who died aged 22 on 27th March 2003 in very suspicious circumstances in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Jeremiah was lured to Germany in the mistaken belief that he was attending a Peace Conference. In reality it was an event arranged by the Larouche Organization, a group known to have dangerous connections and headed by a convicted criminal. There is clear evidence to show that this organization is responsible, among other crimes, for spreading anti-Semitic conspiracy theories around the world.
History demands that Germany instigate an enquiry into the full circumstances of the death of Jeremiah Duggan. It is unacceptable that an anti-semitic youth movement continues to recruit young people on German soil and after such a sudden death the Hessen authorities fail to uncover what dangers exist and dismiss the death of Jeremiah as not worthy of investigation.
Despite new information showing the lack of an effective investigation in both Germany and the UK and the relentless efforts of his family and friends no investigation into the death of Jeremiah Duggan has yet been authorized or conducted by either the British or the Germans. We voice condemnation of how violations of the law in both Germany and Britain have led to such an unjust situation.
The undersigned request that the Prime Minister, Gordon Brown, urgently intervenes to ensure that Justice is done and seen to be done both in Britain and in Germany.

Jeremiah was unwittingly lured to what he thought was an anti-war conference held in Germany by something they called the Schiller Institute. This was a deception as this conference and the youth school is merely a cover for recruiting to the LaRouche political network. Click here for more about LaRouche.
Jeremiah phoned his mother in London before he was killed telling her that he his life was in danger. He spoke about how he wanted to escape from the LaRouche group. He spoke to his girlfriend about being put under extreme pressure, repeating that it was his intention to return to her in Paris.
Within the hour of his last phone calls his body was found on the side of the autobahn. No doctor examined the injuries to see if they were caused by being hit and run over. All that was done was that a doctor testified him as dead. The German authorities viewed immediately Jerry's death as a suicide. This was used as a justification for not fully investigating this death. Click here for facts about the failure to investigate. The British Inquest in 2003 discounted the suicide verdict and stated that prior to his death Jeremiah had been in a state of terror. The German and British authorities prefer to brush this under the carpet. The family’s request to uncover what led to such a violent and unnatural death has been ignored.

Matilda, thank you. I wholeheartedly support the parents in trying to get justice for their son Jeremiah. There is also a petition going in Germany which I support in German. I shall pass this along to the Jewish community in New York and elsewhere.

On 27 March 2003 the body of British student Jeremiah Duggan was found at the side of a dual carriageway, five and a half kilometres outside the town of Wiesbaden in Germany. Early that morning, Jeremiah had made several telephone calls to his family and girlfriend, telling them that he was in big trouble and that he believed his life was in danger. Then at 6.10 am Jeremiah was allegedly hit and run over by two cars and killed. The German police decided immediately that this was suicide, closing the case without further investigation. The police took no formal witness statements, failed to investigate the full circumstances, failed to release to the family the clothes Jeremiah was wearing, failed to carry out a post mortem, failed to carry out a medical examination of injuries or to take notice of the parents' requests for a full investigation of the case. There was no forensic examination of the cars nor was the alleged traffic death investigated as a crime scene.
Jeremiah was studying at the British Institute in Paris when he bought a newspaper called Nouvelle Solidarite and was told he could go to Germany to attend a Peace conference against the Iraq war. He mistakenly believed he would learn more from eminent politicians and economists and had no notion that this conference was in reality used as recruiting grounds by the LaRouche network and was organized by the Schiller Institute in Wiesbaden, Germany.
The Schiller Institute is a front group for the movement headed by Lyndon LaRouche, which operates a youth cadre on an international scale. Lyndon LaRouche is a convicted criminal who served five years of a fifteen-year prison sentence in the US. The LaRouche organization is documented as a political cult which uses terror tactics, fraud, and subjugation and intimidation of its members and of potential members.
The parents were told by a lecturer of the LaRouche youth movement that Jeremiah did not agree with the views being expressed and that he had made a public statement during the conference saying he was a Jew. Jeremiah spoke out in response to the way that the Jews were being blamed for the Iraq war and all the world’s evils. For the last thirty years Lyndon LaRouche, a notorious conspiracy theorist, has published misinformation worldwide inciting hatred against the British and the Jews, with such misinformation frequently being picked up by the Middle East press. On initial view, this misinformation may seem so outrageous that it has often been dismissed as a joke, but underneath the codes, hate figures and falsifications, the incitement to hatred continues. One of the conspiracy myths is that the British Tavistock clinic is a part of the British Intelligence and that it programmes dangerous assassins who are sent worldwide to attack the enemy (including the LaRouche organization) so as to help the British to spread their power throughout the world. The petition has been handed to Gordon Brown and the family are awaiting the results.
They would like the petition to continue. Thank you to everyone who signed it already. Please continue to circulate this petition and to support the Duggan family as they seek justice for Jeremiah.
Some of you may have seen the message posted by Jeremiah's father, Hugo Duggan on the petition website.
He said
'....A thousand thanks for the thousand signatures (so far) and to all those yet to sign. Your support gives us hope and the resolve to carry on until we achieve our goal - justice for Jeremiah'
