QuoteFreeheartandmind Hitch and I have both stated upthread that we have no use for any religious brainwashing now, because we think for ourselves and will not compromise just to belong to something, as we did with NSA/SGI. That said, there are sincere, compassionate folks doing good in religious groups I do not subscribe to, but I will not minimize the impact of what they do. I try to be fai

Hahaha, I got that sms yesterday at 7 PM: "Today WD toso at my house 8 PM + adress". What the hell do they think ( if they think at all), that I grovel back on my bended knees full of sorrow? Eventually jump into the car in rueful excitement and leave my little children behind or lodge them in their pajamas on the rear seats? Stupid ignorant people. I hope that the anger stops one day

About the "women" in the cult. We are permanently confronted with ever smiling Mrs. Ikeda Kaneko. She is the darling Obedience, you can find only a few pictures where she is standing alone. Sensei, in his height increased Bugarri shoes , dominant an half step infront. They do not touch on the pictures, sometimes they sit in chairs, the dear leader on a higher cushion because the Bugarri

I have to congratulate Maggie O'Connell from Brooklyn for the story telling, it is never too late to go to the public and let the outside world know about the Crimes inside the cult. That's the tip of the iceberg and I'm sure soon others will follow. The Cult is a muddy stinky pond with real beasts inside, disgusting.

QuoteTaitenAndProud I remember when I got a home visit from two leaders in North Carolina shortly after my son was born. We lived in an upstairs apartment in a 4-plex. We did gongyo, but I didn't light any incense. They asked me why. I told them that, as it was winter, I had to keep the windows closed, and I had an infant in the apartment, and nobody knows what's in that incense s

@Sleepy skunk: Welcome and great that you are out! I have a question. What's about this Negai - the wish upon the shooting star- sent to the universe- satellite thing? My English is too poor to understand the connections and it sounds like a real big thing to be in cooperation with JAXA and Mitsubishi C? Oh boy, all the money for a box with wishes and names of children orbiting the planet

QuoteHitch I've watched members collapse on the floor, others crying with tears flowing down their face and limbs shaking as they gave some delusional experience, bring their dysfunctional family fights to a meeting and go stark raving nuts on each other, have seen hardcore gakkai kamikaze members practically physically attack temple (danto) members, and have witnessed more than my fair sh

QuoteHitch All the authority in the cult org. (The Mystic Law / The Dear Leader / etc.) is nothing but smoke and mirrors. Clear the fog from your mind and you'll eventually see that there is nothing there. It's ridiculous psychological manipulation. Once you walk away, you'll eventually ask yourself one day, "How did I ever fall for it and what was I scared of?"

QuoteThatsmeinthecorner Sixtyseven, Thank you for the links. Loved your response to the sensei song. I completely agree. That whole song made me cringe. Why is there this need to out grovel one another for big D's attention? I read a quote from Thomas Paine (I think) that says something like this, "If a hundred people say a foolish thing, it is still a foolish thing." Thank

QuoteHitch"Who decides?" There are no criteria. Survival of the fittest decides.
