Quoteconcernedmom83What happened to the shaving heads for the earth, chemicals or whatever it was. They certainly made a big deal out of it a few years ago. I think many still do the head shaving but it is not emphasized anymore. You know cause it was more about a statement than attracting attention and getting people to buy in. Maybe Poolman got over his hair envy? Or more likely it wasnt hel

Response to LLCraver on the Real EMS which is in regards to the absurdity of using such words as ‘level of equality’ in one statement, as commonsensically, that does not mathematically compute. Why? Because equality does not have ‘levels’ but is absolute in expression – equal is equal, simple as that – a mathematical equation cannot have ‘different levels of answers’ to the equation. No –

Not to derail the conversation here about what is and what is not a pyramid scheme, but I want to briefly address something that I've noticed time and time again. People who support Desteni (Members, Recruiters, Fence Sitters, etc.) seem to be unable to link actions with words. In one instance, some who advocate the Desteni material get very defensive when told that they are in Desteni o

Quoting from Cerise's blog along with my responses: QuoteCustomers may choose if they want to become an Agent and sell the product at no additional cost. And how is this different Cerise? You don't think people can pull out of illegal pyramid scheme's. Do you think only the mafia runs such enterprises? QuoteAs the courses offered are generating a monthly income for a long p

QuoteSandmanIn this post by Bernard Poolman's daughter, Cerise: http://cerisepoolman.blogspot.com/2011/05/pyramid-scheme-multi-level-marketing.html she says the reason why the Desteni I Process is NOT a pyramid selling scheme is that it is selling a product! Surely she is just saying that as a lame attempt at persuading other Desteni members that everything is okay, they're not

QuoteDear Desteni Movement... I have watched you try to scam people for a while now. I have also watched as you filed false DMCA notices and flagged channels down that exposed you for what you are: A cult like organization that is trying to scam money out of people via a pyramid scheme. I have watched as good channels were permanently shut down for the simple reason of exposing you. And I have

Darryl shares a few interesting words for me and others: QuoteAs for the "false DMCA claims," we will not let others abuse our legally-guaranteed copyright work of art, and we will continue to monitor and note every instance of copyright abuse we find. And we will press a claim in court at the time of our choosing. And if I were Thom Darc, I would be very careful. Here is one of

Desteni as a new religious movement (NRM) fits fairly well into the following catagories of NRM's: World Rejecting (see Roy Wallis) and Cult Movement (see Stark and Bainbridge). Also Desteni shows signs of being destructive and potentially dangerous. Using Catherine Beyer's on About.com for signs of dangerous cults: Charismatic Leader: Bernard Poolman (and proxy Sunette Spies)

Just to let everyone know. My youtube channel XfinksX has been taken down by false copyright claims from DesteniProductions: This includes: None of these videos used any of their materials. The image used was a copied representation of Bernard Poolman's avatar and not the actual image used by him. I'm going to pursue a counter-notification process with youtube. However, I

Inferring from comments made at me on youtube from DarrylWThomas: QuoteDarrylWThomasYou're not hurting us at all, in fact, we gain more attention every day, and wait, in a few years, you will be amazed. It seems Desteni is expecting a global apocalypse of some form. It has been mentioned before by them in various videos that the current economic system is going to collapse. This dooms

QuoteHildaRac I stick to Desteni, because it proposes a system that will end world hunger and poverty. I don't see anything wrong with that, does anyone else? HildaRac, I would think that many of us here on the Cult Education Forum have nothing against ending world hunger and would probably support such an endeavor. However, you have chosen Desteni as your method for dealing with this p

Quoteconcernedmom83Thanks Thom. How did denstini come about. I take it with sunette. Was she involved with an equal money system before coming to destini. I don't get how the portal interviewing the dead has a thing to do with the equal money system, that desini has now taken on as their reason for existence. Am I correct in assuming that destini has changed it's mission since it's

Sunette Spies aka The Portal aka Winged is really only an extension of Bernard Poolman. She only serves as the face. She was the initial recruiting mechanism when Desteni appeared on the radar a few years ago. In this way Sunette and

QuoterandomusernameEuthanasia? Seriously? They propose euthanasia to those who are unable or unwilling to participate in this "process" of theirs? Thanks for posting this Randomusername. I sense fear in Mr Poolman. I think he knows that if he starts playing the legal card that it'll be more trouble than its worth. Suddenly and possibly unwanted attention will brought upon his money making scam. Also, there is enough suspicion concerning his legitimate claim to the materials and techniques in Desteni. To me it looks like he stuck his foot in his mouth and is now doing a 180.

QuoteStoicIf the Desteni-ites really want to get to grips with inequality and the arguments for and against capitalism they really ought to read Karl Marx who bent his considerable intellect to these problems over 100 years ago. Desteni continually demonstrates how unread they are. And when these flaws are pointed out, the threatening external information is demonized. Here, Desteni recently en

Wasn't proof asked for his degrees here on this forum? I seem to recall that he could provide none. The only attempted legal representation I remember was from this charming fellow: The only real reason he is upset on this end is because Desteni is about making money for himself. Desteni's "Earnings" are not collective nor are they properly upheld to outside scrutiny.

My channel: XmanosX has been taken down by Youtube through Desteni members claiming copyright violation. I would easily be able to dispute most of their claims in court. However, to do a counter-notification requires that I fill out a form with personal information including address which is then handed over to cult members. I don't how anyone else would feel about handing over such informa
