Atlantic I alread have invested considerable time, energy, and resources into exposing Hansard's Dur-Con, that research goes on. As to Tibet I am afraid its mystical grip upon the popular imagination has resulted in that culture being seriously misrepresented and misunderstood, a perfect opportunity for exploitation that Hansard seized upon! I will not waste any effort to examine claims

Re: Roger12's Comments Roger, I have for the past year been informing people, associated with Christopher Hansard, of the bogus and fraudulent nature of his claims and activities. Apart from petitioning his publishers (which I agree should be continued) I approached a number of contacts in Canada, including please note Paul Nelson and Susanne Hare. I appealed, via email, several times, in

Problem is Mariah you did not simply just object to ".. people who cannot defend themselves being cast in a very murky light by your comments". What you did do was endorse and completely agree with Gondolf's following comments. "I might add that in mentioning Lawson, Hare and Nelson, who had no involvement in Eden, as complicit, is suggesting they are co-conspirato

Moderator My recent posting, regarding Christopher Hansard's activities in Canada, has been grossly misrepresented by Gondolf (with the endorsement of Mariah) I have been accused of linking certain individuals (Based in Canada) with the Eden Medical Centre, and charged with thereby associating them, with what could be possible crimes that may have occured. I have also been accused of sl

Mariah, I have requested that you identify exactly which comments of mine are defamatory in relation to my posting about Hansard's deceptions in Canada? I would once again ask, that if you are unable to do that, you to please withdraw your accusation , issue a clarification, and apologize for misrepresenting my comments.

Gondolf, For the record, am I correct in concluding that you are refusing to apologize for misrepresenting my comments, and apart from indulging in a gross distortion of my original posting, you seem to imply legal action, and accuse me slander? Or are you standing by your remarks? Please would you formally clarify your position.

Mariah, Will you please identify exactly which comments of mine are defamatory in relation to my posting about Hansard's deceptions in Canada? If you are unable to do that I trust you will consider withdrawing your accusation, issue a clarification, and have the maturity and discernment to apologize for misrepresenting my comments?

Gondolf I am not intimidated by vacuous and baseless legal threats, and nor will I be censored by them. As to your comments I might add that in mentioning Lawson, Hare and Nelson, who had no involvement in Eden, as complicit, is suggesting they are co-conspirators in a crime, if indeed Hansard is charged with a crime or is sued. Nice opportunity for a defamation of character lawsuit there

I note your comments Rosemary, however as the nature of those do not meaningfully address the actual issues I shall overlook them. Should you wish to discuss the fraudulent claims and activities of Christopher Hansard, and the complicty of his associates in promoting the deception (actively enaged in by Lawson, Hare and Nelson) and taking no action on the seeming abuse of clients, I shall be more

Kurukulla, I totally support your sane and just just call for determined, and collective, legal action. To consider, as you state, that this individual is still practising is a timely and compelling reminder that these reported abuses must be publicly exposed, and forwarded to all relevant authorities. As part of such an effort maybe it would be prudent to urgently inform Kensington and Chelsea B

Well Pema you 'throw out the dummy' all because your 'sources' have been driven away by the nasty boogie-man? Is this the depth of your commitment for justice and exposure, or is it a shallow and petulant reaction, betraying an interesting aspect of your concern? A self-centred desire to extract a journalistic article from the negative experiences of those who may have been a

Gondolf please examine, more carefully, my original question.. Do you support justified legal action against Mr.Hansard? That is not the same as your preferred and stated choice " if people feel he has committed a crime they should report it". Hardly emphatic is it? As I say Gondolf, you have clarified your position most eloquently.

Well Gondolf thank you for that clarification. your answer seems clear, you do not support legal action against Mr. Hansard. I imagine those who have reported they suffered abuse will find your unwillingness to take such action rather interesting.

Mariah, Of course the universe we live in has countless natural wonders, not least of all the mind, which can convince the senses and emotions of the most incredible experiences, but according to the tradition which Pema follows (and fails by her own admission) Dzogchen, advises that even mind itself is empty. Yet here is a paradox, as we have these 'real' experiences, or so we think! S

Gondolf, I am flattered by your interest in my activities, however the report you refer to has absolutely no relevance to this issues under discussion here. Moreover the comments featured in that extract you posted are presented by Home Office officials, the task of whom is to discredit testimony offered by human rights lawyers and refugee solicitors. That is the nature of the appeals process. Pe

Gondolf you may perhaps hope that no one takes the exposure of Hansard seriously, but that is a rearguard dream which has been overtaken by reality. The fact you are unable to address the actual issues with me in a reasoned and intelligent manner preferring, like Pema, to evade the content of my postings and trade in negativity, raises interesting questions about your motivation. Interesting

Mariah, It appears you are indulging in the age-old game of selecting extracts, out of context, in order to suit a predisposition to misrepresent. If you wish to enage in a proper discussion about the points I raised with Kurukulla I will be more than happy to oblige, however if you too are possessed of a closed mind to any critique of Hansard's Dur-Con and share Kurukulla's belief in

Update on Pema I must admit to sense of disappointment by your willingness to engage in the chorus of negativity which has been directed, not towards the contents of my postings, but to my person. I am surprised too that someone who claims to be practising the Nyingma path of Tibetan Buddhism should indulge, and encourage, such behaviour.

Re:Moderator's Comments Absolutely agree, where is the empirical evidence that can be made available for scientific scrutiny, or once again are we being asked, by Cirrus, Kurukulla, and others, to have 'blind faith' in their subjective experiences? To interpret those deeply personal and individual perceptions to be unquestionnaly accepted as fact.
