As a producer and trader of Tibetan medicine will Tibetan Way provide evidence of formalised training and qualification within the Tibetan medical tradition? Can it supply details of a recognised course of Tibetan medical study, which any of its staff attended? At which Tibetan medical institute? Names of Tibetan tutors? Dates of study? Location of Tibetan medical institution?

Atlantic, thank you for your kind comments, my critical examination is, as always, presented within a speculative framework. However, as I have stated previously I would welcome any opportunty to examine, under legal and public scrutiny, the claims and activities of Christopher Hansard and his various projects.

Dear Treatmegood, Please re-read my comment with more care, and you will note that it opens with the term 'speculation' clearly emphasised to make clear that there was no longer any doubt concerning reports of abuse, or indeed Hansard's troubling activities "Speculation as to whether Hansard abused people in the past, or is not engaged in such odious actions presently,

In light of the public statement featured on Hansard's website there would seem to be an association between Christopher Hansard and Tibetan Way, through the apparent involvement of former Eden Medical (sic) Center associates and marketing of so-called medical products 'formulated' by the ex-'thunder being' and his un-seeing, un-aware and un-critical colleagues.

What a coincidence, Hansard issues a statement on Tibetan Way Of course one wonders why the former 'thunder-being' has come out with this whilst Tibetan Way has declined, thus far, to issue any official and formal statement affirming that Hansard is not involved.

A note to let folks know that Chris Farmer has posted an interesting response on the blog If you had the responsibility for the creation and maintenance of a website and it came to your attention that there were some serious questions concerning an individual who was being speculatively associated with that site, what would be a natural and logical course of action? If that person had been

Having received a further interesting and generous response from Chris Farmer, I think it only fair to extend a reply. Unfortunately thus far we have only assertions that: a) Christopher Hansard has no involvement, past or present , with Tibetan Way and b) A seeming uwillingness or inability to provide corroborative information, that would clearly demonstrate that Tibetan Way, or any

Responsibility for the years of seeming abuse by Christopher Hansard rests firmly upon the shoulders of those who witnessed, experienced or were cognisant of such odious behaviour, yet maintained a shameful and complicit silence. Equally distasteful are the actions of those few individuals who continue to excuse, rationalise and defend Hansard, and his absurd Dur-Con fiction.

Speculation as to whether Hansard abused people in the past, or is not engaged in such odious actions presently, with respect, is a redundant debate, he deliberately misrepresented himself as a qualified physician of Tibetan medicine (Bon or othwerwise), mercilessly exploited Tibetan Bon culture, and invented a bogus account of his supposed 'training' and 'lineage'. This has

A point of clarification regarding Hansard's current center of activities, which has been reported previously as being at 6 Lower Grovernor Place, Victoria, London. Despite a number of calls to that address by Westminster Trading Standards Officers, the self-appointed Master of Dur-Con kept his door firmly shut, and calls remained unanswered. There may it seem be some confusion about ano

Dorje, I agree with your comments, and such a process would seem to have been applied with particular detail by Hansard. Sparrow, some previous contributors have claimed 'experiences', however these are individual perceptions, influenced by a number of subjective forces, which in themselves fail to demonstrate any inherent 'abilities' of Hansard whatsover. Perhaps it speaks

I am at a loss to understand, what appears to be a requirement of thinking, that seeks to explain Hansard's odious activities as having some form of 'esoteric' origin, his ability to manipulate, deceive, and exploit are all too human traits. Such consideration merely adds another layer of fabrication and myth upon a very flawed and self-obsessed individual.

Can we please not invest Christopher Hansard with any advanced/supernatural powers or abilities. It may be he was possessed of a common capacity to intimidate, manipulate, and coerce, but this effort to portray the 'Master of Dur-Con' as some cosmic mega-being, capable of exerting a mesmeric hold over his associates, is insulting to anyone equipped with normal intelligence and reason.

Still unable, and seemingly unwilling, to address the troubling questions placed before him, self-titled 'Padma Gonpo' remains silent in the face of the exposé that revealed his supposed training as a 'Lama' in the South of France was a cynical fantasy, as was his baseless claim that he received 'Bon' teachings in Japan, and that he travelled to Tibet and performed r

Welcome back Cornwell..your comments are timely, and reveal again the appalling situation which was allowed to develop. As stated previously Hansard was not operating within a vacuum, a considerable degree of responsibility continues to rest upon those who were aware of abuse, yet for whatever reasons, failed to bring the matter to the attention of the appropriate authorities. They were compl

The self-titled ‘Padma Gonpo Rinpoche’ makes a number of interesting claims regarding his supposed training and recognition, these assert him as having received teaching in the Tibetan Bon tradition, being honoured with a prestigious religious award, performing rituals and teachings inside Tibet. It is an exotic résumé, and for the more impressively minded, seeking some ultimate esoteric truth, s

There has been some small effort here to paint Hansard's current operations as somewhat extinct, I would suggest dormant would be more appropriate. Meanwhile, one imagines he has derived some comfort from the absence of any concerted legal charge against him, as to his possible intentions, well given the psychotic nature of the delusion, which launched the entire Dur-Don charade, it is not b

The effort referred too, whilst occasionally diverted by pettiness and emotional outbursts, has been hampered from the very start, by a singular unwillingness for any associates, or fomer clients of Christopher Hansard, to confront his reported abuses, and present a determined legal challenge. It does not of course prevent further exposure of his claims and activities here and elsewhere, an eff

Elizabeth, curiosity is obviously an understandable reaction, my concerns however were specific, and defined in terms of 'journalistic voyeurism', since the poster who expressed their interest in Oak providing details, comes from a journalistic background. Why 'voyeuristic'? Well that practice is short on action, preferring anonymous observation, in order to satisfy, some self
