Good Morning. My name is Langdon Lorimer. I have a pending lawsuit against The Dharma Yoga Center. I was an experiment to see if I could help unite the East and the West in Israel by being a terrorist. The experiment failed and as a result the butterfly effect will ensue causing a nuclear attack soon. I have reported the below to the FBI and the CIA. Kind Regards. Langdon Lorimer

Rick. Some of these members think they know the cure to being a cult. I came on here seeking help and was badgered for my experience. I was just seeking guidance not someone's lecture on how I am mentally ill. Langdon

No luck needed. I have witnesses and medical records of 18 hospitalizations and four psychotic breaks that you were so compassionatly to point out. Good luck to you with your life.

Yes I have had my history of being mentally unstable. I have found help in restructuring my thinking. I am on this site to get help not for people to dig into my credibility as a former cult victim. You are pretty sure of yourself in your words to me that I am mentally ill. Do you know what it is like for another man to enter your mind to issue you commands and to make you think you are a Messiah

I am new to this group. I have made two posts explaing my involvement in The Dharma Yoga Center, a Yoga Cult. I was to be famous as a Messiah they called me going to Israel via a Siddhi these Yogis showed me, teleportation. My Guru one day said to me Oh look there's Ghandhi! I turn to my left and there stands Ghandhi, dressed in khaki pants and a white collared shirt. Together with materiali

I never had a diagnosis of mental illness prior to being immersed into this Yoga Cult. I suffered mild depression. The Guru said I was an experiment to see if I can help unite the East and the West by means of a siddhi they showed me: teleportation. With the shakti energy I was channeling from these Yogis I became high as if on a drug. I ran when the fame they wanted to give to me involved going

Yes my experience was toxic. Shakti energy is very powerful, like a drug. I was high off of it preaching God in my cycling classes.

Please, Lynn, understand that I am not suggesting that CP had anything to do with intellegence or governmental gathering of information. I was merely listing the similarities between the persons of Tanner and Hubbard. I would be very interested in knowing if any of you could give me your impressions of Gail Grabtree and Pam Denison-Cowser. I was very fond of both and indeed very close to Gail

Again both very interesting postings. As I mentioned earlier, I find the similarities between Hubbard and Tanner fascinating. Hubbard too was in the intelligence field having been assigned there to mainly data collation while serving in the Navy. I am just putting that there, I am not going to go off on a conspiracy rant, but if I knew how to investigate that coincidence, I would. Ther

I would recommend that as a starting point that you read this wonderful book by Tim Guest. It is a moving account of a child brought into the Bhagwan cult by his mother. I found it to be a crucial step in my own waking up from cult control. If your daughter could read it, it may well be a step in the right direction. It got me out of Scientology, and that is powerful reccomendation in my

Schy, well I knew him very well. There were so many people milling around the Methodist Chruch place on Sepulveda and the boarding school up in Burbank that it is hard to recall who was who unless I was close to them or worked with them. I was called 'Irish', because I was and am :) I was a kid of I suppose 19 then. After the Big Bear Reteat, which I loved - I was made unit leader for t

The very term that you attempt to apply to this woman indicates that you are rather wrapped up in the manipulative fear mongering fundamentalist Christian set. Life can be really nice, positive and even joyful when you scrap the religious filters through which you view the world. Admittedly, it is not necessarily an easy thing to do, but it is worth it. Oprah plays on the credulous, t

Good posting. I was in CP between late 1980 and left on Greyhound bus from Maple Ridge on Boxing Day 1983. It was an eventful few years. Having subsequently joined a very nasty cult indeed, Scientology, and written a book about it, I would say I have a fairly clear picture of what a cult is. I don't want to burst any bubbles here, but I am afraid that Covenant Players fits the very defin
