SeekingTruth, sale of a domain name would not give anybody the rights to the contents of the server. Domain registers and hosting are often even completely seperate entities. For example, one of my websites is hosted in the US while the registrar for the name is in Canada. I did this so I would be subject to the international system for any domain disputes.
