I understand your point about having discernment and being aware of red flags. As part of my own process of reconciling my time in a cult, I had to consider why I first joined. For me, I was vulnerable and not well informed. I know that going forward, whether in work settings or in any area of my life, I need to have a healthy level of skepticism, lots of critical thinking and research red flags
