That washing machine story is very odd. I dont know how to do what Anticult does, but will offer my two cents: What kind of washing machine takes 3 hours to go through a spin cycle? And..what is the actual likelihood that someone as well off as BK reportedly is would be doing her own laundry anyway? (Cough, cough) Two if, as she says in this laundromat vignette, she has Fuch's d

Here is a educational excerpt for analysis, of the text about the "Washing Machine" from the book "A Thousand Names For Joy" by Byron Katie. At the end of CD#3, 3 hours into the program, 3 minutes from the end, Byron Katie tells a long story-induction about a "washing machine" and her "doing the laundry" while in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The elegance of t

· Here are some rough notes about the Byron Katie 5 CD set “A Thousand Names For Joy”. Its important to begin the process of analysis, which is ongoing. · This is not just a typical CD of strange stories and comments by some lady who sounds kinda “weird”. Not even close. This is some very dangerous material, for certain people with certain vulnerabilities. Some people would just switch it o

by the way, I know some of this might not makes sense to some folks...that's fine. You don't have to take my word for it. Once we get some full-text transcripts of this stuff, the complete "story" (Inductions), (like the Washing Machine story), then we can send them to various advanced hypnosis people, without the Byron Katie name, and ask them what they have to say about it.

I am copying this conversation over from the quest thread, in case anyone would like to continue the discussion - unfortunately it was off-topic on the quest thread because it went too far into issues of recovery and religion, but I would not like for anyone to feel censored. For the record, I don't personally object to people discussing religion when it is on-topic, because the discussio

No one could really tell me, BUT they did say that they facilators had been trained 15 years ago... EST? FOURM? LANDM

Shiloh really was a slave camp. I was forced to work all day long in the blazing heat cutting rose bushes one summer. I fainted from exhaustian. Most summers were spent like this: wake up at 6am, take a 5 minute shower that is timed, go to breakfast, go "wait on the Lord" for an hour, go discuss waiting on the Lord, get your personal list of chores, do your chores from about 10am - 6pm.

BREAKING AWAY FROM MARANATHA CAMPUS MINISTRIES Kathy Myatt January 18, 1981 . . . the peak of the pressure and disillusionment that had been mounting for months, if not years . . . or the lowest point in my life of faith and perseverance . . . depending on how you look at it. I got up calmly enough, my plan well determined in my mind, and went to have breakfast with one of my disciples. Havi
