Hello Brynhild , it’s been years since you left the new age. I have similar experiences as you did and currently in recovery. I also struggle with going back and forth with it sometimes but I know the truth is not from there. I know that there is an objective truth out there that we need to adhere to, to have a sane mind. The journey has been hard but I am grateful for this forum as it helped me to tackle all this brainwashing internally as well.
