There are trained psychologists and therapists in cult recovery that are just fabulous. They really help you understand everything you have been through, explain the cult leaders personality and how he did everything he did, and most importantly, a clear path of healing. I have always wondered if there was anything I could do to really recover from what happened. I'll check this group out.
