Falun Gong Ruins Tian Yulin’s Family
Tian Yulin, male, born in 1961, comes from Pingxiang City Jiangxi Province, assigned to work in Wuxi City after College graduation. In 1996, with the purpose of dispelling disease and fortifying body Tian Yulin started to practice Falun Gong, gradually he was obsessed by it, and at last his family was totally ruined. As one of the neighbors of Tian Yulin the writer knows better about ins and outs of his Falun Gong practicing.
After arriving in Wuxi, since hard work and outstanding performance Tian Yulin fell in love soon, and then got married immediately. His wife Xiao Huang held a post of counter in charge in Sanyang Store, basic wage plus commissions, her total income was good. After marriage Yulin always amused his wife by all means, sometimes went out for travelling, or watched new movies, or accompanied his wife to buy new clothes regularly, the young couple’s life was full of happiness. In 1992, Tian Yulin got his own three-bedroom apartment, one year later he was delightful to have a son, and the buster’s name was Zhuangzhuang. Lovable Zhuangzhuang was bright and smart, the life of the three was really happy and full of sweetness and light. However, due to being obsessed with the cult, all happiness vanished into nothing.
In March, 1996, during unit’s periodic physical examination Yulin was found out to be affected with hypertension. Under doctor’s advice, he took the medicine regularly, paid attention to good rest and adjusted moods, everything goes well. Afterwards, some colleague advised him to practice Falun Gong, the person told him Falun Gong had the efficiency for disease dispelling and body-building, it could eradicate all kinds of illness without any medicine, and Falun Gong teaching was free of charge. Under colleague’s lobbying, Yulin decided to give it a try and started to learn the exercises of Falun Gong. After a period of regular exercise and practice meditation, Yulin felt refreshing, body relaxed, dizziness disappeared, even his wife Xiao Huang said that his mental state was good and he seemed to be much younger. Hence, Yulin firmly convinced that Falun Gong could cure diseases, he told everyone that Falun Gong was a good and magic power it could cure all illnesses. Apart from practicing Falun Gong, Tian Yulin also began to collect books and videos about Falun Gong everywhere, and then he read Zhuan Falun carefully, listened to Li Hongzhi’s videos repeatedly; gradually he was confused by these heretical ideas.
From July, 1998, 5-year-old Zhuangzhuang started to have the Symptoms of cough; sometimes he felt short of breath, nausea and choking sensation in his chest. Yulin’s wife Xiao Huang thought that their son had caught a cold, so she intent to send Zhuangzhuang to see a doctor, but Yulin stopped her. He said the child did not have any diseases; it was just because of karma, to practice Falun Gong could eliminate Karma then everything would be all right. Xiao Huang thought to herself that what her husband said seemed to be reasonable, Zhuangzhuang’s father himself was cured by Falun Gong practicing, so why not let Zhuangzhuang to practice Falun Gong with his father? Moreover, Yulin taught their son to practice Falun Gong in the morning or in the evening, father and son did exercises together could enhance their relationship as well, this way was indeed to kill two birds with one stone. Whereupon little Zhuangzhuang also began to take part in Falun Gong practicing.
In March, 1999 Zhaungzhuang’s condition was far from improved, his condition worsened, the breathing sound became especially heavy and there seemed to be huohuo sound in his lung. The child’s mother was a little bit anxious and she considered that Zhuangzhuang had practiced Falun Gong for almost half a year but nothing was improved about his illness. Upon that she reverted to send the son to hospital, but Yulin disagreed strongly. He took the book Zhuan Falun and told to his wife that master said Falun Gong practitioners had got some part of karma by their own, besides the karma master had eliminated, when the body felt uncomfortable just like sick, it was normal, Zhuangzhuang was receiving master’s test, the moment was crucial, so we must believe the master, anyhow faith will move mountain, only if Zhaungzhuang had past this barrier, he was no longer an ordinary person, he would be a superman, from then on he would have not got ailments any more. Yulin saw her wife was full of hesitation, so he opened the book Zhuan Falun and read that taking medicine could only press karma back, it could not clean up the body, diseases could not be healed either. Then he persuaded Xiao Huang repeatedly. After Yulin’s persuasion and stop Xiao Huang started to desist from sending their son to hospital.
In the evening of August 5, 1999, during supper Zhuangzhuang suddenly breathed difficultly with a pale face, once in a while he coughed up hemosputum. Xiao Huang was terrified by this; she did not know how to deal with it, after a long time she realized to send their son to hospital. Test results showed that Zhuangzhuang had got pulmonary edema which had reached an advanced stage, so even the drug could only maintain him to live for less than one year.
On June 13, 2000, just after the 7th birthday Zhuangzhuang died young. Before long Xiao Huang and Tian Yulin got divorced, thus a happy family was ruined by Falun Gong.
