Let me clarify this.

Landmark has done polling to rate customer satisfaction, opinions etc. which is subjective and does not match such a process."

While I have never seen written documentation of HAI's financial status, I have no reason to doubt the veracity of Janet Dale's informal reports of that status at Intern Workshops. Her reports indicate that HAI's profits are small and that in some lean years they are negative.
