Yes Lifewave was a cult full stop without a doubt. Now this cult still existing as 1meditation.com,run by John Yarr, Darkness and Evil masquerading as Light. Another Cult sprung out of 1meditation Cult, now identified as the Zaretti Pendulum Cult Swingers run by Paula Zaretti and Mark Zaretti both whom are newly sprouted John Yarr offspring's.
Now we have 2 Cults evolving out of Lifewave Cult.
The behaviour of these Cult leaders is entirely weirdly bizarre and naive. Believing themselves to be something which they aren't.
There are many around the world whom meditate on Light and Sound and realized enlightenment whom never met John Yarr. This is the truth. To say that they are the only way is incorrect.
I hope the genuine seeker meditating on Light and Sound will see the corruption and realize the truth.

To add further,

There are thousands upon thousands of meditators all around the world whom realized enlightenment, self realized and meditate on Spiritual Light and Sound who have nothing whatsoever to do with Rawatism offspring john Yarr or known him in anyway. This is a fact.

The reason Lifewave ended was more than that, it was due to the accusations of sexual misdemeanors with children from 1976-1986, not just adults, though it was not made public at the time. Yarr was questioned by D.C.Shakespeare in 1986, and charged and detained with a court case in 1999/2000 in Chichester, but the case was dropped by the CPS because police hadn't kept their records from the original investigation. It was standard policy to keep them for only ten years at that time. In 1986 the Adepts close to Yarr and those living with him at Slindon met to discuss the claims and then decided to end the cult.

Thank you for that information. We have these two cults. There might be a third though. Does anyone know about Paul Bennett, a meditation teacher (and second cousin of former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr)? He was in Lifewave in Liverpool in the 1980s and he has something to do with [wirralmeditationcentre.com]. There is an article about him here [timesofmalta.com]

I have just found another newspaper article about Paul Bennett.

In this article he seems to want to be known as 'Heswall-based meditation and Qigong guru'. It sounds quite disturbing to me. He is definitely the one that I knew years ago in Liverpool Lifewave. In the 1980s. He was a second initiate and he was 'looking after me'. I had him round to my flat once.

The article gives his website www.meditation-centre.com and even his phone number. I have tried this site and also wirralmeditationcentre.com but access has been denied, both in Wirral libraries and Liverpool Central library.

I saw something a couple of years ago on the Internet but because it didn't say the surname I didn't think it was him.

I found out that he had lied to me. I won't go into the details here but I am suspicious of what he is getting up to now, either in Malta or Merseyside. We need to know what he is doing. Somebody will know something about him.
