He is indeed attempting a 'comeback', not that he ever had a place, or a life situation that he was committed enough to, to come back to.. where ever he existed. He can try a comeback as much as he wants, but nothing will change the reality he mistakenly thought he could leave behind, simply by turning his back on it.

The Anticult
But the reality is that Werner Erhard is trying to make a comeback in the USA as we speak, with his goofy "movie" about him, his websites, and everything else. Perhaps as he ages he wants to try to whitewash his ugly legacy with his propaganda.
The used car salesman Jack Rosenberg still exists, as does the abusive husband and tyrannical father. That is the identity he supposedly 'broke with', and it is still the identity he has to reckon with, and nothing will erase that reality. It doesn't matter how many of his minions promote his crappy life legacy film, or how many others scramble to paint a rosy mystical picture of this goof, or defend him and the schemes he connived to slip under the umbrella of self-help material. There is no grand reception waiting for this conman, only the harsh reality of the consequences and legacy that ambitions and 'work' like his,
create. All the promotional films about his bogus legacy, and his own twisted version of 'transformation', will
never erase the truth about him, his life, and his festering self-centered little universe, where greed and hollow self-adoration are all that's left to fill the void.
I have watched his promo videos on youtube, and I must say, there is one video where the vacant cold stare in his eyes gives me the chills...that is what a person becomes when they think, operate, and reason like Werner Erhard/Jack Rosenberg. He can make his comeback, but the world he returns to will not be the one with real people, real truth, or real honor...only the one where he will have his 'clones' on stand-by, ready to jump to his every empty wish and command. All he has to come back to is a small exhausted mob of clones of a con-artist from the 70's, who figured he had the world by the ass because he was able to con/manipulate/deceive so many unsuspecting people. He had their trust by the ass..nothing more and nothing less. It is the gross betrayal, and his abusive handling of that trust, that ensures werner a starkly meaningless comeback.
The sad truth of this conman is that he never believed in things like respect, honor, integrity, or in building on that idealistic 'port in the storm' made up by true friendships and enduring family ties. Now he thinks he's got something to make a comeback for..One cheesy film, and many poorly worded positive reviews, and the same old trolls screaming his praises and defending him on boards like this one..or on YouTube, will not magically create the grandiose welcome he is likely expecting.
