Due to the ruling on Jan. 18, the case has been transferred back to Tulsa county. New case page:

No date set for the trial yet.

Did not catch that one...

Thanks for the update.

should be very interesting to see how LE worms its way out of this. They'll have to get creative, and no doubt they will. I hope the lawyers working for the mom win the case for her. More than the crime of murder has been committed if they don't.

This case has moved jurisdictions at the request of Landmark Education Corporation.

It was Oklahoma County No. CJ-2006-5200.

It is now Tulsa County No. CJ-2007-818.

The above links allow the real-time tracking of status through The Oklahoma State Courts Network.

joe6 - so sorry.

You'd already posted the new link weeks ago and I got confused on the page layout and missed it. My bad. :)

Sure looks that way, new judge, and everything gets refiled...

I didn't realize legal maneuvering could involve geography.

keep us posted.

it is interesting to see that landmark wanted
to move the case and has had it done.

i understand why lawyers move cases but
i am wondering as to the particulars of what
landmark said to get it accomplished.
