I've now spent a couple hours looking for the study conducted by Daniel Yankelovich that Landmark references and quotes in their brochures and online. Everything circles right back to Landmark's own website. What Landmark provides at their website, a trend with them, is just an excerpt from that study. You know, the part that makes them sound good.

Looking at DYG, Inc. the company founded by Daniel Yankelovich and responsible for the study, it seems they're nothing but a marketing firm that specializes in generating market studies to assist their client. That may well be why there is no other available information besides what Landmark's, but I'm hoping to find an answer one way or another.

I emailed this guy a couple of weeks ago in my own quest for information. No reply as of yet. In fact, trying to contact anyone offering glowing endorsement in LEC brochures has gotten me absolutely nowhere.
