Bill Goulld (I use an extra L for Loser) is back with a new scam. He is breaking at least 2 of the stipulations of his class action from Equinox. He is running a new MLM, Avante-Gard Marketing Solutions (AGMS, website: agmsreps.com), and a new seminar company, Peak Performance, LLC. Both companies are based out of the same location in Las Vegas. On paper AGMS is actually owned by his wife Theresa, but this is just a front. He is listed on the site with a 24 hour hotline to call him anytime for "support."

I have the FTC investigating him as well as attorney general's from several states, Inc Magazine who are planning a follow-up story on him, 20/20 also a possible follow-up and other organizations to remain nameless at this time.
